Lady kept coming to my room and just opening up my door scaring me and my son blew my candle out very nasty no candles in hotel then she said it stinks in here I will never go back....

Great location, nice staff, parking lot struggles, loud guests.

Location was good.

Cons:

Parking lot was a little cramped. Towing a trailer (moving) it was difficult to find adequate parking for my rig with the trailer attached. The main hallway had 3 trash bags sitting outside a room and they smelled really bad, like they had been sitting there (or in the room) for a very long time. There were several rooms that I believe were people living at the hotel- cooking food in the rooms. Several rooms had the TVs really loud and people were talking really loud as well. Again- I feel like people were "living" in the hotel and treating it like their personal residence, NOT a hotel with many other guests.

Pros:

Checked in during PM shift- cannot remember gentleman's name but he was great and personable. The room was spacious and clean and I thoroughly liked that. Only commentary about the room: the window overlooked the porte cochere, which bocked any meaningful view. But that was ok for this stay!

I didnt carry cash so had to leave hotel for bank atm to leave for housekeeping

Cons:

Dishonesty...no accountability for the dishonesty and was not even on the property when they said what they said. There seemed to be no room for reason either. No real reason for what was done other than a he said she said situation. Rather unprofessional in my opinion.

Beds were comfy

Cons:

Had No refrigerator after telling them twice it didn't work. They lost my ice packs in process left door open when they left after putting in a 2nd refrigerator that still didn't work. Wall ways smelled like weed, and it's a non smoking facility. No clean towels the entire I stayed for the week.

Cheap but clean place to stay with few amenities.
Pros:

Very affordable and fairly clean. It was also in a very convenient location to all of the places we needed to get to.

Cons:

We booked the room for four people and when we showed up there were only 2 pillows and only one towel. When I went to ask for more the staff member was unhelpfully joking around. I appreciated him being nice but it wasn't helpful in the moment.

Dirty and damp smelled like mold and mildew my wife and I both got sick from the exposure to the room. Also had to wait 30 after another customer had to call the location to get someone to check us in

Pros:

The front desk person said it was okay for me to cancel my reservation, but that I should contact Booking.com to set it up. That person was very nice.

The location has a bad reputation & my son would not allow me to stay there alone

Cuando tome la reserva en las imágenes de la habitación se veía claramente que había microondas y nevera al momento de llegar al hotel me tocó pagar $40 dólares más por tener la habitación con nevera y microondas. La cama no era cómoda y se escucha mucho ruido de los otros huéspedes en el pasillo
