Found a roach on the wall & TV did not work so they had to place me in another room which was very annoying to settle in one room to find a roach crawling on the wall

The location and convenience of the motel is great.

Cons:

There was no power, no heat, and no compensation for the inconvenience. The fire exit lights were NOT illuminated. There was no offer to assist with the matter either. I asked if we would be compensated and I was only informed to contact the corporate office. There was no further assistance offered even as far as offering the corporate phone number to contact. Additionally, after stating to call corporate the clerk proceed to abruptly end the conversation and start assisting another guest.
