The app that I used to make the reservation booked me for 2 rooms when I only needed 1. The guy at the front desk made it seem like everything could be worked out. He encouraged me to only check into 1 room so that they could cancel the other room and I would not be charged. We moved forward with what was discussed, and then he asked me to call booking.com because they could not cancel the room on their end. I called booking.com, the guy said he would call the hotel to confirm and once confirmed, he would remove the extra room. I then watched the guy at the front desk answer the booking.com guy on the phone and continue to tell him a completely different story than he had told me. He started getting angry with the booking.com guy and telling him that he had no ability to cancel the room and that it was up to his manager in the morning. After they hung up, I asked why things changed, and he then started getting upset with me . I didn't feel like bickering with him, so I went to the room. He was still there in the morning when I checked out and you could tell that he was ignoring me on purpose. Needless to say, booking.com got back ahold of me and said that hotel management never responded to their email about canceling my extra room. Unfortunately, places like this can get away with arrogant behavior because they are so close to a major airport in a major city. They have such high traffic and demand in that area that they don't need to be hospitable to attract patrons.
staff, registration at time we needed
staff very good. I appreciate how often they have helped me. Price of room very good value
staff very helpful, good value for the money
Location; cleanliness; good value.
Loud A/C unit.
Close to my family’s home
The sheets smelled like pee. We was in rm 102 right next to the service room that had a loud noise going on. Then the room upstairs sounded like they was doing construction or something so loud all night. We did end up getting back to the hotel tell like after midnight. Not expecting you to go to sleep but damn pick up ya feet.
There was no breakfast, which was a disappointment.
staff is very good & price is reasonable .
appreciate early registration
