Window was cracked all the way through in room. I notified staff and they didn't seem to care. The refrigerator in the room would make loud whining noises at various times throughout the day and night. This made it hard to sleep.

Overall, you get what you pay for here. It is fine if you are not needing to stay anywhere fancy

Location was great. Price was cheap, especially if you are frugal with money

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit limited— waffles, toast, bagels, and fruit. There was also a time our hot water in the shower did not turn off… there were signs some construction and installation was done sub-par.

The location was perfect, and the facility was very clean

Cons:

The fitness center was closed and the breakfast was limited. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. The only thing I could eat was plain eggs and banana's.

It’s a dog friendly hotel but they had no green space, only parking lot and weeds and small dirt patch full of litter - so I had to use the neighboring business green space.

Overall a good stay and a completely renovated hotel.
Pros:

Room was clean,, bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well

Cons:

Everything was good for a reasonably priced hotel, but the breakfast could have had a few additional items. The waffles were excellent and they had some pancakes, yogurt and just a few tiny muffins and doughnuts. Bagels, sausage eggs and bacon would have been a good addition.
