The location - close to downtown, food/drinks and also the major hwys

Cons:

It’s a dog friendly hotel but they had no green space, only parking lot and weeds and small dirt patch full of litter - so I had to use the neighboring business green space.

Overall a good stay and a completely renovated hotel.
Pros:

Room was clean,, bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well

Cons:

Everything was good for a reasonably priced hotel, but the breakfast could have had a few additional items. The waffles were excellent and they had some pancakes, yogurt and just a few tiny muffins and doughnuts. Bagels, sausage eggs and bacon would have been a good addition.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.
Cons:

Breakfast was extremely minimal. MINI Donuts and muffins were not fresh each day. Only other thing available were waffles and
weird little scrambled egg pancakes(which were cold) and three choices of cold cereal.

Pros:

I stayed here one night while traveling for a course. Check in with simple enough, hotel was easy to find.
When I walked up to the second floor to go to my room the hallway floor needed to be vacuumed. The room was decent enough, could’ve been cleaned better and there is a mild aroma to it. On the plus side, there were no bedbugs or cockroaches and the A/C was nice and cold.
At the end of the day it’s a Motel 6, you know what you’re getting.

Pros:

Beds were clean but the floors were filthy. I dropped my towel and when I picked it up it was filthy. No shampoo or conditioner and they had to go find a blow dryer for us to use.
