It was decent

The receptionist was extremely nice very patient and friendly! However, the cleaning of the rooms was horrible from the kitchenette to the furniture, walls, windows. They covered all their furniture with furniture covering… the doors wouldn’t lock! I literally switched rooms 3x and still wasn’t satisfied! Hotel has great potential but cleaning service sucks.. needs better service and new furniture.. trash was running over.. when asked for ice I was told they keeps it locked up or I can buy a bag… definitely a red flag! This place makes it horrible for the other Sonesta… sad!

Bad first experience
Pros:

It was in a decent area.

Cons:

I paid extra for a room with a fireplace only for the staff to tell me I can't use it and not give me any money back. My refrigerator never got cold. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet and burnt food. There was trash behind they're toilet. My screen door was broken. The TV wouldn't connect to the wifi which is weird cus it should already be connected.

We love this hotel. It's the only hotel we stay at when we come to the area

Cons:

Our room this time was a little hotter than expected. The AC really didn't kick on. We tried a few different settings on the thermostat but it was a chilly night so we opened the patio door. It was a lovely stay regardless

I was asked to bring my own soiled towels down in order to receive new ones. I just feel that that is unsanitary.

Not worth the money - gross rooms
Pros:

I liked the location to the where we were going.

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly. The property was not well kept. The room was a little smelly and all the furniture seemed old and smelly. Tops of tables were not wiped properly and were stained, the bathroom floor was gross, the kitchen floor was greasy.
