The room was nicer than the pictures. The double doors that separate the bedroom from the living room made my stay silent and peaceful. I honestly didn’t hear ANY hotel noises or other guests.

Needs some attention

I booked this hotel because it was close to my son college and based on the reviews and the photos posted of the hotel. Let me say the photos should be updated. This is not what i expected of a Hilton brand hotel. This hotel needs a lot of attention and upgrades. The room itself had a lot of rust in it. The vent covers were falling off, paint was piling in places. My kids found someone nasty boxer briefs stuck in the pullout couch. The extra blanket in the closet was rough old and gross looking. The room across from us was missing thw peep hole so people could literally look through the door into the room. We found a huge dead tree roach in the hallway. One of the things that i was most disappointed in was no free continental breakfast. Some pros the bar lobby area was nice, location was good and safe, walnut warm cookies were good, and check in was quick and easy.

My secretary booked this stay for me and called the morning before to confirm what I needed to bring for check in, what time, ect. When i go to the hotel, even through the room had been paid for a week in advance, the staff wanted an additional $50 for "Incidentals" even though they could not tell me what the $50 was for. Since I didn't have the company credit card, I was not allowed to stay even though I had already paid for the room. I ended up driving on to my next destination and loosing the $117 I paid for the room. I will never book with expedia or this hotel again. Better to deal directly with the hotel. Buyer Beware, the price you pay up front is not the price when you get there.
