Great location and comfortable, charming room. The staff were really friendly and helpful!
It’s an older property so there was some noise from the street in the evenings, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

Glass door washroom with no lock. No table or chairs to sit and eat in the room. Parking extra charges and far from the hotel
I liked the snacks. In the room, the toilet was sanitized, the face cloth was folded like a fan and the toilet tissue was folded like a shell.
The lobby was under reno so it was NOT welcoming or inviting even from the front entrance which appeared as if the building was vacant. I didn't like the limited privacy because I could see directly into the room across; so, we could see each other face to face Alo, the hot water in the tub/shower area was dangerously hooott.
Location was great for access to the downtown. Room was clean. Free upgrade apparently. Free snacks. A/c.
Peeling paint in room. Front entrance under renovation. Loud music outside but was able to sleep and it ends at 11.

The location is 10/10. Quiet room. Coffee, TV, fridge, hair dryer in the room.
Parking is a bit of a walk. No sink in the bathroom, only in the main room. No space to put any toiletries in a narrow shower - had to balance my stuff carefully on the door. The curtains cover the AC so we had to use additional pillows to block part of the window which was not ideal… I dropped a hair tie so had to look behind the bed, and it was super dusty. The bedding had spots on it.

Location Quiet Friendly Clean Comfortable
In all honesty, the bathroom was odd - granted it is high tourist season so prices seem high and the room and even the bathroom suited me fine - but it was an odd shape, the light is in an inconvenient spot and the door to the bathroom was unexpected. My partner found the location of the shower head awkward.
Decent location downtown near attractions and the harbour. Staff were willing to accommodate a slightly later checkout that better aligned with my itinerary.
The bed was hard as a brick and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom didn't have a sink which made washing up awkward. When all I needed was a place to spend the night downtown, I feel I got very poor value for my money and I would not return for any price.

Great location. Very convenient.
The entrance is under construction, and there was no indication that we were actually in a hotel that was open and in business. There weren't any signs indicating where the lobby was. When we first walked inside, we were sure that the hotel was closed and that we were in the wrong place. The room itself was very spacious, but it's desperately in need of updating. There was chain linked fence covering the windows.
