awesome location for downtown Victoria , comfortable and good price, we will stay again for sure.
Pros:

the location was great the room was comfortable and clean, we got to check in early which was very nice. parking close by, free wifi all good,

Love the hotel, location & staff. I wish the heating system was better
Pros:

I love The Bedford location, cleanliness and wonderful staff

Cons:

It was cold in our room and even with an additional heater, it never got warm
Cooking was a challenge with inadequate supplies
I have bad knees and the elevator went out and climbing to the 4th floor was painful

Cons:

Very noisy on weekend nights. Directly above and directly across from two pubs open until 2AM. Then you hear the noisy street drunks kicked out at 2AM, followed by meth-head screaming matches at 6:30 AM. Even wearing earplugs it was impossible to rest. Horrible horrible noise. Not worth the money.

Health inspection needs to shut this place down.
Cons:

There was black mold in the shower. I had to cancel my stay and they won’t give me my money back. They offered to give me a different room for MORE money without insuring that one won’t have black mold either. I don’t want a respiratory illness so I’m glad I didn’t stay there. Even thought I’m out 350+ dollars I would rather that then stay there.

Chambre si petite qu’on ne pouvait ouvrir une valise , pas d’évier dans la salle de bain , prix extrêmement élevé ( 300 euros ) hors saison estivale .
Pas de parking , chambre salle .

I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

No breakfast. Location was bad due to no parking.

Cons:

Old hotel trying to have a good reputation. Hard to find. The secure parking was 2 1/2 blocks away to try to bring suitcases back.
