We had a horrible experience that was not resolved by staff v

Cons:

There were animals in the room next to ours. At least one cat and two dogs. The cat cried all night long. The dogs barked and fought off and on throughout the evening and night. Reported problem to staff early and problem was not resolved. Was not offered another room away from problem. It was so bad we took video to prove issue. Wife almost went and slept in car. Talked to staff at checkout and have not received a call from manager yet.

Normal, el tamaño de camas.

Cons:

Que prometan desayuno y a las 9:20 ya lo habian levantado. Un horario normal deberia ser 10:00 a.10:30 am. La salida check out 11 am. Todo muy justo y mucho abuso en los tiempos.

Great place to stay in Olathe.
Pros:

I look for reasonable price, cleanliness and comfort. I got all three. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. .

Cons:

Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, room was very clean and updated. Perfect!
