Great gym and amazing pool
Pros:

I had a good stay at Pan Pacific. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, although the rooms themselves are fairly average. The gym is excellent, with plenty of machines, dumbbells up to 20 kg, and great amenities for a proper workout. The pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was the weak shower pressure, which could be improved.

الغرفة نظيفة وواسعة.

Cons:

أظن بنفس السعر يمكن حجز فنادق أفضل، وأخذناها متوقعين تجربة فريدة للجلوس على الشرفة والحدائق ولم يتحقق ذلك، لأن المتاح لأغلب الضيوف من الحدائق التي تراها في الصور جهة المسبح، أما الباقي فقد تكون بشرف مطلة على الحدائق متاحة لبعض أنواع الحجز.

Pros:

Excellent. Great rooms and facilities.

Cons:

Chairs at the pool are not enough for the amount of guests. The bar pool is always empty and very slow serving when you finally find someone to serve.

Achtung Abzocke nach dem Check-Out, ansonsten schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt an der Orchard Road, nah zur MRT Station, ideal von hier aus die Stadt zu erkunden. Hotel mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur, tolles Fotomotiv.

Cons:

Überfüllter Poolbereich mit (zu) wenigen Liegen, es ist leider nur ein Fotomotiv. Personal beim Frühstück sehr unorganisiert, Getränkeservice funktioniert nicht, self-service ist nicht gewünscht, dadurch Frühstück ohne Getränke. Abzocke bei der Abreise: Taxi-Vorbestellung am Vorabend wurde seitens Rezeption als nicht nötig eingestuft, nach dem Check-Out, war auf einmal alles „busy“ und die offiziellen Taxis würden alle Fahrten ablehnen. Es gäbe aber die Möglichkeit eines völlig überteuerten Hotel-Shuttles, das wir aufgrund des Weiterflugs tatsächlich in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Wirklich enttäuschendes Verhalten, nie wieder Pan Pacific!
