Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, staff were only to happy to assist with any issues and we were very comfortable. The only downfall is the rooms were a little small.

Guter Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Singapore.
Pros:

Lage. Hotel grundsätzlich ganz schön. Tolles Zimmer. Einiges Personal war auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Personal teilweise nicht so freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber nichts besonderes.
Für ein 5*Hotel müsste mehr kommen. Für uns ganz klar ein 4-4,5* Hotel.
Anbei: Es gibt leider viele Hotelgäste die keinen Anstand mehr haben und denen so einiges egal ist.
Es gibt Dinge die macht man einfach nicht in einem Hotel. Diese Gäste hatten wohl nie eine Schule.
Wir wünschten uns von einem 5* Hotel, bei Bedarf zu agieren und nicht einfach zuzuschauen. Vielleicht Angst vor einer schlechten Bewertung???
