DIe Mitarbeiter*innen waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit im Hotel. Wir möchten uns nochmal auf diesem Weg ausdrücklich bei Sofia vom Frontdesk bedanken. Sie ist eine sehr kompetente, schnelle und freundliche Mitarbeiterin welche uns bei allen kleineren Problemen sofort und super schnell weitergeholfen hat.

Luxury hotel ,excellent service and a pool in the sky like no other I have stayed at.
Pros:

The unique and fantastic pool area. Very clever design and a peaceful place to relax.
The hotel facilities were excellent as were the staff.
The club lounge Florette was really nice,relaxed,peaceful with a great choice of canapés ,cocktails or breakfast items.
The service there was really professional,polite and very welcoming.
The team Seoin,Plushra,Blair and Edyll made my stay very enjoyable .As a single ,older woman travelling alone it was very secure.
Location just off Orchard road was very handy.

Das Pan Pacific Orchard bleibt unter seiner Möglichkeiten
Pros:

Das Hotel ist architektonisch eine Ikone und liegt praktisch auf der Orchard Road - also sehr zentral. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Pool- und Club-Zugang. Wirklich prima. Sauberkeit in der gesamten Anlage und auch in unserem Zimmer top.

Cons:

Leider, leider wirkt das Personal sehr unmotiviert und wenig den Gästen zugewandt. Hier wird Gastlichkeit eher verwaltet als gelebt. Auffällig sind die Inkonsistenzen im Service. Beispielsweise baten wir um einen Late Check-out, der uns von Frau Rashidah an der Rezeption recht harsch verweigert wurde und am kommenden Tag - gleiche Frage - von einer Kollegin - gegen Aufpreis - möglich gemacht wurde. Beim Check-out hatte ich diesen Umstand erwähnt - es hat keinen interessiert. Der Gast hatte ja gerade bezahlt. Mit der Bedienung in der Club Lounge musste ich regelmäßig verhandeln, für einen anderen Gang, neues Besteck zu erhalten. Ferner waren die Pool-Handtücher fast nur noch Fetzen. Also: uns hat das Hotel architektonisch und unser Zimmer wg. seiner Lage überzeugt. Der Service war dem Standard und dem Preis nicht angemessen.
