Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff. Spring for the club level for a daily breakfast, tea, and cocktail hrs….as well as daily laundry. Felt like royalty here!
A bit off the main roads, but makes it quieter
The architecture and landscape design was stunning. Even though we were in the middle of the city, we felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The staff were also amazingly helpful and friendly. Staying at Pan Pacific Orchard was an unforgettable experience.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. Hair on floor from previous guest. Also the cleaner we had did not use soap to clean sink and glasses. VerY disgusting . Complained to 3 managers

The pool area has no sun, not ideal for sun lovers. feels a bit too crowded.
I love the pool! The view of the pool from the balcony was beautiful too! The staff that attended to us from the beginning till the end of our stay was fabulous.
The location of the hotel is not right at the Orchard road area. Therefore, there is a need to walk a bit to malls (a bit of a hike). But it is not a big problem. It's just a short walk!
