Clerk that checked us in was friendly, helpful and efficient. The manager on the phone kindly got us a first floor room to help with my poor mobility. Nice, comfortable stay.

The clerk at check in was great. He gave us ideas where to go to eat and have fun. The only reason I gave a 4 star is my room was not cleaned the next day of my stay. The housekeeper didn’t even offer clean towels however, when I went to the front desk to inquire why my room was not cleaned. the lady at the desk told me they only clean rooms every other day. Which was odd because everywhere else I stayed offered daily room service. I did not like the fact that I had to ask for fresh towels. They have the towels at the front desk so I was able to get clean ones. I am not concerned about the cleaning of the room. I made my own bed but, fresh towels would have been great for the guests.

I had a great stay. Staff were kind, professional, and accommodating. I love the breakfast they have in the am esp the coffee bar. The only thing I would say maybe update the carpet, couches, and chairs. Also, have the windows cleaned more often. Other than that this place was nice. I like the updated bathroom. My room was nice and the tv worked! It had everything I needed for my stay.
