It was cut short since we left around 1:30am
Pros:

I liked that the pool was on the same floor as my room since my 3 year was excited about swimming. This was his first time at a hotel so he was super excited about everything. We liked the location as it wasn't far from our home. We thought this would be a good spot for a little staycation in MN

Cons:

The rooms are extremely close together. I was with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The people in the next room kept complaining to the front desk about the television as well as my 3 year old making noise. The staff came knocking on my door at 1am telling me I needed to turn my television off and do something about the 3 year old because it was now quiet time on a Saturday night. It got to the point that because they kept calling the room then knocking on the door that the 1 year old woke up. The male that was complaining to the front desk started an argument with my adult daughter as his wife just stood there while we were attempting to leave. The man at the front desk refused to check us out saying he couldn't do that since my reservation was until 11am even though I left at 1:30am. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you have small children

TV didn’t work initially. Refrigerator stays on only 3 hours. Broken hinges on cupboard door.

Breakfast... No go and sad.

The cleanliness and beds were amazing as well as the location.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. We went with an hour left and they had a few eggs and potatoes, waffles were out, milk was out, only one cereal, no meat of any kind. Just slim pickings and sad. No cold foods either. When we asked if more was coming out, the desk clerk basically said no. Just truly disappointing when you find a place specifically that has breakfast and there is none.

I needed a place to stay and chose the Hampton name, Hampton should not be associated with this hote
Pros:

Location was close to my destination

Cons:

This was the most rundown Hampton I have been at. The bed was descent. The furniture was rundown. The shower was descent. It's rated a 3 star hotel, it should be a 2 star hotel.

Pros:

Staff were amazing and breakfast was great! I actually liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided by the hotel
