Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Generally, I prefer to not have any staff come into the room until I check out. A fantastic job was done by the staff in providing new towels and making the bed. It was fantastic and wonderful but it was not what I would have preferred. I prefer to have the room not entered until I have left.

Nicest staff, free happy hour+full brekkie, super clean and great rates!
Pros:

Great location if you are driving. While parking was $24/day, I loved that there was a free EV charging station! They need another one! The catwalk makes it so easy to get from garage to inside hotel. They had a free happy hour and included a full breakfast with omelette station. Staff were 100% wonderful. Bring some cash because the tipping QR code (which I love) doesn’t include it going to all the servers, just some. So clean. Shower pressure is great. No noise from other rooms.

Cons:

Wish there was more than one EV charger. Hot tub was not hot (they were trying to fix it) but pool was nice and warm. Would be great to have phone charging station at reception or somewhere. I left my USB cord at home and had no way to charge my iPhone. Great place to stay, staff was superb.

Cons:

Neither swimming pool nor whirlpool were open for the dates of our stay. The main reason we made a reservation at the Embassy Suites was to use the swimming pool and whirlpool so we cancelled our reservation. We only stumbled on this information when we asked a question regarding the pool hours during the course of check-in; there were no signs in the lobby indicating this problem with the facility and the clerk at the reception desk didn't volunteer this information.

Very good breakfast with omelet station. They offered 2 free drinks per person plus snacks starting at 5pm.

Cons:

There could have been better lighting in the sitting area. There were no towel racks by the sink. There were several bath towels & washcloths, but no face towels.
