AC, heat in room 1117 did not work. Blowing fan only without heat.
The location, the front desk staff was helpful during check-in, my room was comfortable. Far as the breakfast was very good and the wait staff name Melina was very helpful as well.
I had requested extra towels and wash clothes my room had no extra items. I had checked in and I received vouchers to use at the hotel restaurant for drink and a snack but was unable to use it due to time constraints on the voucher. If the hotel is giving guest the vouchers i think that the time should be extended possibly either till later than 6pm or close to closing time of the restaurant the voucher showed a time of 4pm-6pm I checked in after or around 6pm so I was unable to use it.
Ac and okd bathroom are the oriblem in this prooerty.!!!!!
We stayed several different dates recently due to treatment at John's Hopkins Medical. The beds are obviously newer and very comfortable. The staff were great and helpful. The view from our room was pleasant for a city! And we will stay there again as needed!
We had hoped the pool was more heated but it was not warm enough to enjoy in March. A little higher temp would really help with that. A nice swim after radiation treatment would be a real treat.

The location was peaceful for being within a metro area....I didn't hear any noise from neighbor's room. The rooms were spacious and had a TV in each room. Loved the added sink feature on the coffee bar!
Apparently ladybugs were a problem, my daughter found 3 in our room.

Customer service was amazing. Specially the b'fast stuff is amazing. There were two Ethiopian ladies that made me feel like home. Beautiful feeling.
Spacious, location and friendly staff especially Christopher in the front office very helpful ..also the breakfast is definitely worth getting up in the morning.
