Muy lindo el hotel y sus instalaciones
El baño estaba un poco sucio y el desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado así q no bajaba el agua.
Renell and Kadah welcomed me from the minute I walked through the door, and got to helping me check in immediately. We had great conversation, and they made sure I had a good understanding of all the services and amenities.
We stayed at the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens from Monday to Thursday and had an excellent overall experience.
The hotel truly embodies Marriott’s motto of wonderful hospitality, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our room, 1122, was an M Club access guestroom with two comfortable queen beds.
The room was spacious, clean, and had a great layout that worked perfectly for our needs.
The M Club access was a nice perk, and we appreciated the convenience and extra touches that came with it.
The only very minor thing we noticed (and it really wasn’t an issue for us) was a small section of wallpaper starting to come loose at the top of the shower.
Everything else about the room was in excellent condition.
We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub area.
It was well-maintained, relaxing, and a highlight of our stay.
Whether lounging or taking a dip, it provided a perfect spot to unwind.
What really stood out, though, was the service.
The front desk team was exceptional—patient, kind, and highly professional.
They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.
Every staff member we interacted with delivered that genuine Marriott hospitality that makes a big difference
We would definitely return to this property and happily recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable stay in the Palm Beach Gardens area.

I was at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott, my host was David and he was EXCEPTIONALLY wonderful. He was kind, attentive, he went above and beyond.
Our room was clean.
The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the pool area. Other area looks like they are doing construction
I did not like that they charge for parking per night. The hotel had one whole half of the parking lot empty and there was no parking garage
Marriott is good but Mr David made it an even better experience for us. We got in a bit late and he was able to accommodate all our requests.
David was awesome and very accommodating 😊
Karla was extremely kind and helpful in the breakfast area. Incredible customer service
I had breakfast at the Club every morning, and Karla is without a doubt one of the kindest, sweetest people I've ever met. She truly made my day, every single day, right as it was beginning.
Everything was perfect expect food and beverages
Food and drinks prices too high
The hotel is very nice and the staff is great. We are traveling for a baseball tournament and Mr. David who I believe is the supervisor was very helpful in making room accommodations for us. Highly recommend choosing this place for your stay for whatever the reason for your trip may be.
Jay from their staff was incredible. He came to fix my air-conditioning at 9:15 PM and was such an awesome guy. A credit to Marriott!!
