This place is awesome. David at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Real class act, David is. The room was clean and nice. The pool was great. In proximity to a lot of restaurants and activities. Great hotel
Disaster! One of the worst experiences I have had at a Marriott. Elevators were out of service so they sent guests up the service elevator which smelled like trash and was very dirty. Restaurant staff were extremely rude and club lounge was a joke - no coffee. They had a guy fixing the espresso machine who had music playing from his phone speaker. Food was subpar and the restaurant and common areas looked like a zoo.
Let’s be clear: this is absolutely not a $300+ hotel. It wants to be. It prices itself like it is. But it does not operate like one.
The pool itself is genuinely good—large, warm, and the loungers are actually nice. The hot tub is HOT. Unfortunately, the deck was being painted during our stay, which rendered the entire area mostly noisy and mostly unusable. Even when operational, the space feels half-finished: towel availability was stingy, towels themselves were tired, and there’s no outdoor drink service despite the nearby lobby bar. This could be a resort-adjacent social hub. Instead, it feels like someone checked a box and walked away.
Noise is relentless. The hotel is pressed right up against I-95, and motorcycle traffic was clearly audible throughout the night. Inside isn’t any better—hallway noise and adjacent rooms transmit with stunning clarity. We were woken at 2am by a drunk guest loudly performing for an imaginary audience. Later that morning, she screamed at housekeeping for vacuuming. I assume Marriott calls this “full-circle guest experience.”
Staff were wildly inconsistent. Some were pleasant and competent. Others acted like basic guest interaction was an imposition. Housekeeping made the beds and changed the towels most days, though they also failed to show twice in a week, despite multiple requests to the front desk and the housekeeper on our floor. At these rates, inconsistency isn’t charming—it’s failure.
The M Club food was aggressively bad. Not just bland—cafeteria bad. Vintage inner-city high school breakfast vibes, minus the nostalgia. The main restaurant breakfast buffet looked no better. If you care at all about food quality or presentation, you’ll regret eating here. To add insult, we were stopped and interrogated every single time we entered the M Club, as if trying to sneak into a speakeasy serving powdered eggs. Once is fine. Repeatedly is obnoxious.
MacArthur’s deserves special mention for squandered potential. On paper, it should be a nice place to eat and drik. In reality, it manages to miss the mark in every direction. “Could have been good” is not a compliment at this price point. The lobby mini-mart was a joke, and a bottle of water added $10+tax to the bill.
The room was comfortable enough but poorly designed for an extended stay. Storage was inadequate for two people over a week. The bathroom looked nice—until the wall-mounted soap dispenser fell off on day one and was never fixed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was nicely coated with dust and mold. When basic maintenance is ignored, everything else starts to feel cosmetic. Incidentally, my Bonvoy Gold Elite status was acknowledged the way the soap dispenser was—briefly attached, then ignored.
The gym is one of the few bright spots: spacious, well-equipped, and genuinely useful. That said, even it shows signs of neglect and could benefit from more consistent upkeep.
The elevators were a recurring disaster, breaking down multiple times. At one point, while waiting for an elevator, I ended up talking a young woman through a full-blown anxiety attack while she was trapped inside one. This is not “oops, one-off inconvenience” territory—this is systemic failure.
And then there’s the $10/night parking fee. For an enormous, uncovered, unmonitored lot. In South Florida. Charging for parking here feels less like cost recovery and more like a dare.
Bottom line: this hotel has the physical infrastructure to justify its pricing. What it lacks is competence, consistency, and self-awareness. It charges like a polished lifestyle property and delivers like a tired highway Marriott with delusions of grandeur.
At $200/night, this would be a shrug. At $350, it’s a hard no.
This isn’t a hotel in transition. It’s a hotel coasting. And the bill suggests it thinks you won’t notice. JW's picture in the lobby was just a laugh - even he wouldn't have enjoyed a stay here.
didnt use
I had a very disappointing stay due to multiple room issues, requiring three room changes.
Day 1:
The toilet wouldn’t flush. when it start flush the water went all the way up to the floor
The phone in the room made constant noise.
I was placed in an accessible room without prior notice.
An alarm went off at 6 AM, disrupting my sleep.
Day 2:
The same 6 AM alarm issue recurred.
Due to business commitments, I wasn’t sure whether to stay or leave. When I returned, I was assigned a new room.
The shower door in the new room wouldn’t close properly, causing water to flood the bathroom floor.
The frequent problems and lack of a comfortable, functional room made my stay extremely inconvenient. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent future guest disruptions

It was clean and welcoming
So we booked this because on the listing it stated that there was a room inside the room and when we arrived, that was not the case. My grandfather, who has dementia needed that extra space.

Dana was amazing to work with from start to finish. She helped us book the venue, connect with vendors, and coordinate with catering, making the entire process seamless. The food was incredible, and everything turned out perfectly. Highly recommend—Dana will not disappoint!
Las instalaciones del hotel

I had my wedding reception event at Palm Beach Gardens Marriott on January 10,2026, where we hosted almost 200 guests. Dana Mattis was our day of coordinator and also our account manager at Marriott. She did an absolutely fantastic job, overcoming obstacles along the way, and making sure the event went perfectly. She truly brought our vision to life and made sure that our guests had a phenomenal and memorable time. Thank you so much!!
Big, new hotel.
Nice room. Very clean.
Excellent gym.
Excellent pool area.
Super breakfast kudos to the staff, Carla and Angie.
Very nice male member of the reception staff, helped us with the luggage. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name exactly but it was similar to Genieve. A lovely young gentleman.
We had to pay USD 10 per night for parking even though it is said free parking on booking.com.
Excellent location close to I95
An Good standard hotel - nothing to dislike
Palm Beach Gardens Marriott has become one of those places I book with confidence because the experience has been consistently solid visit after visit. The staff is the biggest reason, especially Andre. He is the kind of person who actually pays attention, remembers what matters, and makes you feel genuinely welcomed instead of rushed through. Each time I have returned, he has been professional, upbeat, and on top of things, which makes a real difference when you just want a smooth, reliable stay.
One change that has made the stay even better is the expanded restaurant and bar hours. It sounds small until you arrive late, come back from a long day, or simply do not want to go searching for food elsewhere. Being able to grab a proper meal or sit down for a drink later in the evening makes the whole experience more convenient and relaxed.
Prices vary from very affordable to stay some place else. Time it right and it's a solid pick. This hotel has been dependable, comfortable, and well-run, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. If you are staying in the area and want a hotel that does the basics right while still making you feel taken care of, this one delivers, especially if you have the chance to interact with Andre.
