During my recent stay at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott, I had the pleasure of being assisted by David Aristil, and I must say he truly made a lasting impression.

David is exceptionally kind, genuinely funny, and always ready to help with anything needed. His warm personality and positive attitude made every interaction enjoyable. What stood out most is how he goes beyond his duties, he is not just a staff member, but a true ambassador of the hotel.

Adrian at the bar is truly an asset to this hotel. From day one, he delivered exceptional, personalized service, taking the time to craft individually customized drinks perfectly tailored to what I was in the mood for—always served with a genuine smile. His hospitality and attentiveness elevate the entire guest experience, and he is honestly one of the main reasons I continue to choose this hotel when I travel. Hotel management has an absolute star on their team with Adrian! If you visit, make sure to stop by the bar and see him!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott, and a big reason was David. From the moment we arrived, he treated us with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful experience for lunch. Our server Gigi was fantastic and our food was delicious. I highly recommend.

I stay here every time I’m in town. It’s been three years and every time I come in Mr David remembers me greets me with a smile and a handshake. He goes out of his way to remember me and the company I work for. That is special. Bar staff is attentive and the hotel room themselves are clean and top notch.

Greta location and a fun atmosphere! Would stay here again the next time I am in the area.

I’d like to give a shoutout to a few people who work here. In the dining room we’ve had the privilege of meeting Gigi and Karla!! They were so helpful and their service was over the top, always asking if we needed anything and how everything was!! Thee two of them worked extremely hard to ensure all the guests in the dining room had a great experience!!!

I couldn’t leave this review without mentioning our concierge, Renell!! She is the absolute BEST!!! Her smile and warm greeting are infectious!! She is right there to see if she can do anything to help with our stay!! Renell loves her job, and it shows!! She is the best of the best!!

I hope you will let these ladies know how much we appreciate their efforts during our stay!! The Marriott is very lucky to have such exceptional employees!!

I thought this property was clean, very comfortable and convenient. I loved having the double king option as my family joined. The staff was attentive. Gigi in particular was exceptional! I would absolutely stay again.

I have two years of experience in the hospitality industry from when I lived in Haiti. Hospitality is a field I truly enjoy, and it is what I studied. During my experience, I worked as a bartender in a hotel bar and also handled housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing guests rooms.
