Everything about this hotel was amazing. David welcomed me at the front desk and was sure to thank me for my loyalty as a MB Elite. He was very knowledgeable about the property and 100% sold me on the upgraded club lounge access- it was pretty convenient to have easy access to vanilla lattes and tasty evening chocolate cookies .The breakfast buffet options were okay- I’ll be sure to order from the menu next time. Overall great stay here!

What started as a joyful occasion turned into a massive problem that needs to be investigated my Marriott Leadership. The front desk prides themselves on “Always” providing great service and they had until… Saturday evening at approximately 11:30pm, a service engineer was given the key to our room and opened the door while we were sleeping. (Resting for our travel home in the morning). He did not knock before attempting to enter our room. Luckily we had the door jammer fixed so he couldn’t enter. My husband called and Jasmine Rincon confirmed she gave him the key and approval to enter by telling him the room was not occupied. The portfolio would show we are paying to stay until the morning. Instead of apologizing and owning her error, Jasmine nonchalantly chose to argue that she was in the right for allowing him to enter.
As a woman who travels, this is very concerning to know my personal safety is in jeopardy at Marriott locations. Why is this ok? She escalates to her manager David Aristil who also negates the error of their ways. Claiming he will escalate to someone above him, instead of identifying the training opportunity and assuring our safety and comfort. I’m writing this message a little after midnight because I’m very unsettled and my husband is very upset. This is NOT befitting of the Marriott Bonvoy standard we have come to know. Nor is this the expectation when you pride yourself on ALWAYS providing top notch service.
We had three other minor inconveniences on this trip that other staff members quickly rectified but somehow our personal safety is where they draw the line in service. It’s ok to invade the privacy of guests in the middle of the night to send a stranger into your room. Would that have been ok if I were alone or had my 3yr old daughter here. Suppose my child were in the room? What if I were undressed or in the shower? Telling us you will escalate without an apology, at the very least, is totally unacceptable!
Now water pressure , and room service breakfast was horrible
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the PBG Marriott. The highlight of our stay was the service! From drinks and chit chat with Candace at the bar, (the gin with elderflower syrup was amazing) to the staff knowing our names and offering great local options! We experienced a minor inconvenience with the A/C unit but they more than made up for it after fixing it. We will keep them in mind for our future trips to the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an excellent experience at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott. The hotel has a great location, with easy access to the area and a very convenient setting for both business and leisure.
The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The property was very well maintained, and our room was spotless, fresh, comfortable, and quiet. The noise level was very low, which allowed us to rest and enjoy our stay without any issues.
The service was truly outstanding from beginning to end. The entire personnel was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The M Club was amazing — open 24 hours a day, very convenient, clean, and with good-quality options available.
I especially want to recognize Remell, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond with her attention, kindness, and professionalism. People like her make a big difference in the guest experience.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the quality, service, comfort, and amenities provided. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
