The experience did not match the cost, very underwhelming.
Pros:

The hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the historic section of St Augustine.

Cons:

The hotel charged $24 to park there. You could easily hear people talking in their rooms while walking down the hall. I would expect more from a hotel that charges over $400 a night for a room.

Gli ampi spazi, il comodo parcheggio anche se a pagamento.struttura facile da raggiungere,si può andare in centro a piedi

Enjoyable stay in St Augustine
Pros:

Great Hilton Property with very reasonable pricing. A short walk to the city gates. Lots of restaurants and coffee places nearby. The lobby and the restaurant/bar area is charming and the rooms are in good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Pros:

Wanted to love this hotel but…. Rooms are nice bathrooms are renovated … cleaners never cleaned … was told they had 60 turnovers and couldn’t do it.. GM had maintenance do it and they did do a great job. Bartender is amazing! Really awesome! Desk girl with red hair last evening was inviting, helpful, and friendly BUT the other 2 need a lot of hospitality training. Rude unhelpful tried overcharging for parking. GM could do a much better job communicating and following up. Pool needs maintenance and all new furniture… it’s broken and rusty. Location is great but wouldn’t stay again. Would visit the bar again just for the bartender.
