Nice hotel but not with a festival 30m from the hotel. Music went on to 4 in the morning.
Pros:

The property was very nice.

Cons:

We booked the hotel for 4 days at the end of a site seeing trip in Italy. The whole four days was ruined by a festival going on next door to the hotel. If we had been informed then we could have booked a different hotel if we wanted to.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Byłem tam kolejny raz. Idealne miejsce na 2 dniowy pobyt. Na Rimini latem to wystarczająco!

Pros:

Considering it as a modernized 1930s classic style hotel, everything was perfect. Ambience, facilities, staff, ... all as expected. Good private beach, nice pool, beautiful garden, amazing breakfast, decent Cafe, charming outdoors. What else would be needed for a beachside hotel?

Cons:

The air conditioning deserves a bit of touch to function better and easier. Especially since the ventialtion system spread a kind of faul smell in the room. (At least in ours - room 436)

The hotel was what I expected, and was very lovely. I would definitely stay again
Pros:

Old school style, service of the staff, restaurants.

Cons:

Pool patio needs an update. Car park charge per day. Beach loungers extortionate, but that seems an Italian thing!

Beautiful stay in a city we were reunited with family
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very good. The location is fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach. We also booked massages with June who gave massages to myself and my whole family. June was fantastic. There are many places to relax in the lobby and we can see that weddings and other events are very common here. A beautiful hotel with such an incredible beautiful structure both inside and outside.

Cons:

Surprised they don't have smart TVs with apps although we were out everyday enjoying our visit with relatives. We were surprised to see someone else's luggage in our room when we checked in and had to call the reception.

Noisy, dated, frustrating
Pros:

The main building of this hotel is pretty, and the area where breakfast is held is nice. It is well situated, with restaurants and bars easily reached. The metal shutters on the windows are great at keeping the light out. The lifeguards by the pool are very nice, friendly and helpful.

The pool has a number of broken sun loungers around it. The ‘annex’ is not attached to the main hotel. It is across a road, and had cracked windows around some parts of the ground floor. It does not feel special like the main hotel might.

The rooms in the annex are tired and dated. The bathroom floods every time we have a shower. There was no body wash, or conditioner (even though I checked and was told there would be before visiting). The bed is comfortable.

The windows are simply not good enough. I’m writing this at 00:30, and thumping music is stopping me from sleeping. This thumping music is coming from the GHR beach area, which is easily a five minute walk from my room. When I say this music is loud, my window is closed, the metal shutter is fully down, I have £200 earplugs in my ears, and I can STILL hear the music.

I called reception to ask when the music would be turned down, and was spoken to by a man on reception who just answered ‘si’ to everything, even when this did not even nearly answer the question.

This hotel - especially the annex - needs a lot of time and money invested into it.
