tutto bello ma.
La Camera che avevamo prenotato , è stata venduta ad altri clienti, alla fine ci è stata data una camera da 2 persone (con aggiunta di letto singolo ) ed eravamo in 3 persone
Parcheggiatore e trasposto bagagli inesistente.
Phon del bagno!! Problemi con il timer
Durata 5 SECONDI circa.
Ci abbiamo messo 40 minuti per asciugarci i capelli praticamente.
Che dire…
Ci sono già stata altre volte in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovata divinamente purtroppo questa volta è andata così.

Pros:

Loved almost everything about this hotel. Especially loved the selection at breakfast buffet and the pianist playing during breakfast. Parking is spacious. All the compliments to the staff, we felt like princesses during our stay. Thank you

Wifi is a catastrophy. This good hotel must have at least a decent wifi, this is 21st century. We hardly had any wifi in our room, had to be at the lobby if we wanted any reception.
Also suggestion: change the lightning bulbs all throughout the hotel, it is too white. We'd prefer more cosy and elegant ambience.

Sempre un piacere tornare

come sempre mi è piaciuta la colazione. Una delle migliori degli hotel italiani in cui ho soggiornato in un contesto di bellezza e di stile liberty senza paragoni.

Cons:

Il phon in camera va a scatti perché si surriscalda facilmente. E' già la seconda volta che mi capita nei miei soggiorni. Occorre cambiarli nelle camere in cui risulta questa problematica. Altra cosa da segnalare: durante il periodo del TTG un hotel di questo livello dovrebbe mettere a disposizione degli Ospiti che vanno in Fiera una propria navetta. Abbiamo avuto grossi problemi di transfer dall'hotel alla fiera. Organizzare un servizio di questo tipo permettererebbe di elevare lo standard di servizi ad Ospiti nazionali e soprattutto internazionali che soggiornano per diverse notti in questo hotel.

Bello per l’ambiente, un po’ meno se si considera un 5 stelle

Una struttura che ha il suo fascino nell’architettura e negli arredi interni. La sala comune ti riporta indietro di tanti anni ed è uno spettacolo per chi ama questo determinato stile.

Cons:

Soffre terribilmente gli anni : nessuna insonorizzazione delle camere e degli infissi, mobili delle camere datati (anche rotti , come la cabina armadio) , e mancanza totale di cura dei dettagli. La reception molto poco simpatica, e richiedere una carta di credito a garanzia del minibar in un 5 stelle non risulta molto elegante . Forse lo era 30 anni fa

Das Frühstück war sensationell und allgemein habe ich das Ambiente in den altehrwürdigen Hotel sehr genossen

Cons:

Ich musste zwar einen Zuschlag für den Hund bezahlen aber weder eine Hundedecke noch sonst irgendetwas wurde dafür geboten.
Schade, dass die Sauna nur in Zusammenhang mit dem Spa-Event benützt werden kann.
