Great Service
Pros:

Another great experience at the Atlanta Marriot at the Galleria. Was there for a trade show. Service was great as always. I would really like to single out Jimmy and the shuttle drivers who handled the commute to and from the market at Cobb center. Also any local place I needed to go to was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Thanks for making my stay fantastic. See you next time!

The Good , Clean, quick Marriot Shuttle!
Pros:

Found myself without the needed computer cable to charge my laptop, the hotel supplied a shuttle to run me over to Best Buy waited outside and drove me right back all within 10 minutes. Very friendly, a good driver, a clean, shuttle bus, everything good!

Great shuttle service at Marriott
Pros:

The shuttle service driver James provided a safe and secure van ride from the Marriott NorthWest to the Cumberland Mall and the return trip as well. He provided a relaxing atmosphere to myself and my wife. He was very knowledgeable about the local history of the Cumberland area. The van was well maintained and clean. We greatly enjoyed our interactions/conversation with James and will look forward to our next visit to Atlanta.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was outstanding.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Our room was clean badly in need of renovating. I understand that it’s due to be redone. It was helpful that they left a letter in the room, explaining their plans to renovate.

Great hotel great bar for drinks n food staff are excellent Jamal n Lexi were very friendly but the special person here is Phylis this lady is fantastic very friendly n great front of house worker , would definitely recommend to stay here !

Clean rooms, quite rooms and did exactly what you want for a hotel room
Pros:

It was within walking distance of the Atlanta Braves ball park

Cons:

Having to pay to park to stay at the hotel! Especially the price it cost per night is a little ridiculous!

Good location, comfortable and clean for a short stay. Shuttle provided was a bonus to get to Truist

The total cost of our stay (charges, fees, etc.) was too high

The hotel was close, within walking distance, to the sports event venue in Atlanta GA we were attending. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Previously, we stayed in an adjacent hotel to attend the baseball game(s). The amenities were superior and the rooms were more spacious - all for a considerably lower cost. There wasn't even a small refrigerator in our room and, on our final day, the lighting in the bathroom went out.
