Room was a bit run down, slow running cistern, wobbly powerpoint.
Included breakfast was a let down, would be better option to have breakfast off site.

Great location, comfortable quiet room and great breakfast.
Common areas are looking a bit shabby

The room heater was not very warm on a cold night.
Location is great for a night at footy. The breakfast and staff are always exceptional.
Everything was great but the mattress in our room was really hard and lumpy just not comfortable. We have stayed previously and bed was great. Perhaps it was just the matrrss in this room that needs an upgrade

The menus in the dining room were on sheets of paper which had been reused, and often crumpled or grubby. It would cost very little to remedy this.

Location was ideal given that it was close to meetings / conference.
Unfortunately it is an old and tired hotel, with rooms dated in decor, however the room allocated was clean and comfortable. The room did not have a walk in shower (shower over bath) which is disappointing given we are now in 2026. Suspect the rate paid dictated the room allocation.
