Truly special close to theatre and restaurants
Pros:

Very enjoyable breakfast in wonderful atmosphere in old world charm. Not many places like this! can't wait to stay again at this hotell Valet service made what to do with the car worry free. Quick drop off and return.

Cons:

Time spent there went too fast. Would like to stay longer.

the holiday was great but the accomadatiopn was horrible.
Cons:

the room was musty, the bathroom was not clean, I think that the Windsor needs a complete update, it's getting old. as a person who travels regularly to Melbourne I will not be staying there again, even if it was complimentary.

Short stay to catch a show and spoil ourselves a little.
Pros:

We got an upgrade! We love staying at the Windsor.

Cons:

The bathroom is a little tired but beautiful old building so we we are fine with that. Being in our 70’s, shower over bath will be a challenge in the near future.

Reception was over run due to a wedding reception, so that took a while to check-in and took a bit of time to get the car back from valet parking
