VERY DISSPOINTING FOR AN OVER PRICED STAY
Pros:

The location was what I wanted and to experience the Windsor

Cons:

No ramp or assistance on arrival for a person with mobility issues. One would only assume when you order a bed and breakfast package there would be more than one thing only from a menu handed to you on a piece of a4 paper very degrading for a property of your stature

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Staff attentive and overall great value for money.

Beautiful hotel. Bed room was lovely and very comfortable and staff very attentive.

Cons:

Main problem was that the bedroom was very cold even though we tried to increase the temperature of the room.

great bathroom!

Cons:

shower pressure was appalling, so couldn't really enjoy the shower. the bathtub was enormous but given the shower pressure I'd probably still be there if I was going to wait for it to fill up

I wasn’t overly thrilled. I liked it well enough but probably wouldn’t suggest it to other travellers. No one helped me

The location is perfect, the valet was really handy.

Cons:

There was nothing special about the room. It was very plain and the fridge/bar facilities weren’t really of a great standard.
