Always love staying here. Such a beautiful hotel.

Cons:

I think the water temperature needs sorting in the shower of 403. We didn’t put the cold on and it was still only warm at best.

5/10. Good location. Value for money. Hotel needs a refresh
Pros:

the location suited my requirements. LOVED that you still have a minibar - not that I used.

Cons:

The hotel and room are tired. Definitely need a refresh. Keep the style, just update bathroom, beds, paint.

Also, pillows are awful.

Pros:

I had a wonderful solo weekend at the Hotel Windsor. The staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, the room was spotless, and I loved how beautifully the hotel has preserved its old-world elegance without feeling dated. I highly recommend booking a package that includes breakfast, and as a pregnant guest I especially appreciated how thoughtfully the staff provided extra pillows and blankets to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and memorable stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Timeless hotel full of character that we love. Highly recommended.
Pros:

It is a gem in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We loved the character of the building and the classic school service. For a building that embraces great history is neat and impeccable. The Buttler; Joseph is a treasure. Breakfast was delicious as were the snacks at the Cricketers Pub. Room service was also excellent.

Mostly lovely but let down by poor quality mattresses and not enough warm bedding

Room and bathroom were very nice , roomy and clean

Cons:

The mattresses in the twin beds were very very uncomfortable- such a shame that you have put cheap crappy mattresses into such a lovely hotel. And the bedding wasn't very warm / I was cold in the night!!!!!

Another beautiful stay in this beautiful hotel. :-)
Pros:

We had a big, beautiful room overlooking Parliament House & the gardens. The breakfast/restaurant is still the best with delicious food, excellent service & silver service too.

Cons:

Having to leave :-(

Love the spacious corridors and beautiful main dining room.
Friendly staff, beautiful breakfast, quiet, well appointed room. So well located for theatres and restaurants.
I would love to come back to stay again.
