After the staff saw us came in with 8 people, she told me that she has to charged $35 per person because I book 2 rooms with 2 king beds and not counting the people, but on the bookings, it said it's fine to bring 4 people in(as in 4 people in each room). When I try to call the booking customer service to help solve this issue, she told me that the booking will just call her and she will not lower the price. At the end, she's trying to make me feel bad about not booking at this because I was hesistant, she said "Usually I charged $90 a person but for you I charged $30" like I'm supposed to be grateful or something?? After that I went on google map and find a cheaper hotel on the map 10 mins across from this. So she did save me from the troubles and the dirtyness of the motel.

Pros:

By mistake I left my coat at the hotel. When I called from Connecticut to arrange for Motel 6 to ship it back to me, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I emailed a prepaid FedEx shipping label, and staff took care of the rest. It is an old coat but much loved, and I am grateful to get it back.

Pros:

Food is not available in the hotel, but there are two restaurants nearby. Location is a function of your purpose of booking. If the objective is to stay near the airport, then the hotel has a ratings of 💯 percent. If the purpose is for fun and be around citycenter, then the ratings may be much lower

Cons:

The customer care ( front desk) lade on the 9th of February was very rude. She lack empathy. People like that should be taught how to welcome visitors

Cons:

Terrible it had roaches and worst experience. Staff was Brit he best they were not up to par nor with accommodation with this issue when it was happening. They suggested I went to another stay and come back in the morning to speak with management. Not the best resolution/ problem solvers.

Me gustó lo tranquilo y limpio que estaba el lugar. Me encantó la ubicación ya que era muy céntrica y cerca de todo. El proceso de Check-In y Check-Out fue muy facil y sencillo. En general muy buena experiencia a un precio muy razonable.
