Cons:

The online site said there was a pool. When we arrived the pool closed for maintenance which was the only reason we booked it (kids) . We cancelled the booking and didn't stay. The hotel did agree to refund the room.

Bad channel selection. Worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. Alarm went off. Doors wouldn't lock.

I have been looking forward to starting at a Hampton inn for awhile was disappointed
Pros:

Room was nice

Cons:

Hot tub was broken
The condition bottle was empty
The door did not close unless you gave it a good push and then it made a loud noise
The phone did not work

very clean great pool

It was VERY clean a little outdated but was fine .

Hotel was in a very sketchy neighborhood, with a strip joint basically next door.

Toilets were preschool size, even a stranger in the elevator commented on how low to the ground they were.
