The hotel was being remodeled , our room was nice and comfortable. the coffee, breakfast was good.
Our room was out of shampoo and body wash, luckily we had some travel size bottles.
I have no idea how this hotel has such high reviews. The carpets in the rooms are extremely worn and dirty—we’ve had to keep our shoes on the entire time. Housekeeping has been poor, and the room has not been cleaned to an acceptable standard.
The pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t even see the bottom, which was very concerning. On top of that, the carpets throughout the hallways and in the elevators are heavily stained and filthy, making the entire property feel neglected.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

No one at the front desk when I arrived. Waited 15 minutes for someone.
I brought all my belongings to the room on the third floor only to discover that the key did not work.
Had to go back down with my belongings to get another key. Had to wait another 5 minutes before I got the new key.

Fairly close to family. The bed was comfortable.
The floor was hot as soon as we walked off the elevator. The room had an unpleasant smell upon entering. The humidity level was higher than normal. The toilet seat was really low for someone tall or of senior age.

Another run down Hampton compared to similar hotels. We stay in Hamptons all over the US travelling from the UK. Think we are done now with the quality.
Pool was a murky green/yellow, hot tub was neon yellow-green and was closed. Room was stuffy and the AC unit would only run for about 1 minute at a time.

This was my second time staying at this Hampton. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room had been recently updated. The breakfast was good and coffee was always available. I don’t know why others complained about the interstate noise. Most of the hotels are right off the interstate so that is expected. We turned our fan on with the air and it was fine. The pool was clean with plenty of towels available. The hotel was quiet outside of interstate but that was not a problem. It was very convenient to downtown, shops and restaurants.
