Pros:

friendly staff . easy check in. nice location

Cons:

There was food left in the refrigerator which the staff removed when I notified them. The room was not properly cleaned. There were 2 wash cloths and 3 towels for 3 guests. When we asked for more towels and wash cloths we were not given the amount we asked for. I was not expecting this as we usually have a great experience at the Hampton,

It was a good stay and I would definitely stay again in the future.
Pros:

I didn't really eat breakfast because we were doing a lunch cruise at Spirit of Norfolk. However, the coffee was excellent!!

Cons:

The space in the room was a bit tight for two queen beds. There was hardly room enough to bring the luggage cart inside.

The staff was excellent. I called the front desk twice. Need maintenance and they came right away.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Waffles every day. The location was great. It was a 9 minute drive to my son's house.

Cons:

Noise level. Room needs soundproofing.

Location. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Toilets were too low. Service only every other day but they missed my second day. Gave me another room when I complained. Tub not walk-in shower.

Front desk attendants were very curious and attentive. The lady attending the breakfast area very curious and attentive.

Cons:

Dirty/used towels kept piling up.Room cleaning suppose to be every other day, but only done the day before we left.
