A very pleasant say and I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed. They made sure I had what I needed. The breakfast buffet provided a good selection of food.

Housekeeping service is not good, as they don’t clean rooms on daily basis and it’s only if the client requested.

I have no bottles of water when I checked in until i left.

I started with shower and then realized that the shower gel is not filled.

No kettle to use, there is no branded coffee as they put their brand, which is not good.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was very good an excellent place to stay.

I would definitely recommend the staff was excellent. It’s just unfortunate. They have homeless people sleeping so close

Generally excellent with one minor issue.
Cons:

The window shade in the room was broken. The maintenance person was willing to give me another room; but I had already unpacked and so I just lived with it. It was not a major concern for my stay.

Everyone there was super friendly except the clerk who checked me in.

Cons:

Issue with my payment and she emailed at 3:45pm check in day, canceled my room, because I couldn't respond because we were driving thru a snow storm. Even though it said pay when you get there. She decided to run my CC before i got there. Thankfully got a room. But she wanted to argue about how they sent me an email at 3:45 same day, and she was sorry I couldn't check it while driving thru a blizzard. Wanted to charge me an extra night. Omgoodness and then they turned the water off without notifying me. Had a sign up in the elevator. Wtf. Messed up my spa time. Everyone else was great. And funniest part, the hateful woman's name really was KAREN! NEVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF HER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM
