Not bad for an overnight stay for the money, but in need of repairs and some cleaning.
Pros:

The location was perfect for a stop over along our trip - right off Route 81. The staff at check in was friendly, helpful and efficient. Although we didn't have time to try the salt water, heated pool, it sounded and looked great. We got a good night's sleep as the hotel was very quiet.

Cons:

The facilities could have used some repair - walls had marks/stains on them. Room was pretty clean, but bathroom was old and hair on the floor.

Nice place.
Pros:

Close to where we were going, comfortable room, very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Pool and spa were closed for work. Unlike what booking.com says, it does not offer a casino shuttle.

Fair- rooms were clean and accommodating- staff was rude and facilities in lobby weren't prioritized

The beds were comfy and clean. The lobby was clean and the night staff the night we arrived was nice. The pool seamed clean and nice. The gym was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice. The room had a large fridge which was nice

Cons:

The staff had poor customer service. The woman who checked us out was rude. The bathroom was not very clean and wallpaper was peeling visably (just a little outdated I suppose). The coffee machine was empty on the second morning- not filled with water and the station was dirty and lacking creamer and other options

Everything very clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. Burnt sausage, no omelets ready. Perhaps more people came down to eat at once than expected, but overall we left with full bellies. A pretty decent variety of muffins, bagels. Yogurt, juices etc.

Not worth the price

Cons:

The mattress was so old there was a permanent crater on one side. I ended up sleeping on the chaise lounge in the room which was about 1 foot shorter than me. There was no blow drier in the room. When I went to the desk to tell them they offered points rather than any type of financial reimbursement. $165/night not worth it. I never got any points to my account. I am a business traveler and travel multiple times a month and this mattress was by far the worst!!

Great location. But I would not stay there again.
Pros:

Great location. Clean room.

Cons:

The people in the room next to us were very loud until 3am. The hotel did not honor the quiet time 10pm-7am.

Disappointed considering other stays at different Holiday Inn Expresses

Cons:

Mold in vents of AC unit, they moved me to a different room but not that same style room and not king bed room. Elevators were very run down looking. Some bathroom features were outdated or needed to be updated
