Convenience and ease of parking.
My spouse and our son stayed here for one night so that we would be within a reasonable distance from Children’s Hospital. Upon arriving, I had to go in and get a physical key because the person at the front desk did not complete my request for a digital key. Also, I’m a a Hilton Diamond member and the young man working the front desk chose a snack and drink for me which I found odd because I’ve always been able to choose my snack and drink. Nevertheless, I did not make a fuss. Keep in mind that you may select a room in the app when digitally checking in but the front desk staff could possibly change your room. We chose 118 because we were traveling with a special needs child and wanted to minimize triggering sensory. However, the hotel changed the room to one on the 6th floor.
The parking lot is my next issue. The spaces are super tight. Don’t be surprised if you have dings on your vehicle when you come out. I was in a Ford truck and I couldn’t even fit between the car on the side of me and my truck to get in. My wife had to get over to the drivers seat and back my truck out just so that I could get in. Trying to back out was also nearly impossible. With that being said, if you are in one of the larger SUV’s or a truck, my advice would be to go stay elsewhere. Lastly, the room with the 2 queen beds is small. It reminded me of a Microtel. Lastly, the bathroom had shoddy work in the area of the shower. The shower head and hardware was coming out of the wall. Also, they only had 2 washcloths in the room for 3 people to use. Overall, I would probably never stay here again for several reasons starting with the parking. However, the bed was comfortable.

pagué una noche extra porque llegaba de madrugada por lo tanto lo hice para que al llegar pudiera ingresar a la habitación ya que el check in es a las 16 hs.
al llegar nuestra habitación estaba sucia desde el día anterior y la respuesta de la recepcionista fue que hubo una “sobreventa” de las habitaciones y no habían limpiado…
ME DIJERON QUE ME IBAN A DEVOLVER ESA NOCHE Y NO ME DEVOLVIERON ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA

The location was good, and there is a supermark close by where you can buy anything.
Facilities should be modernized, outside looks like a new building but getting inside, elevator is really old. the door for the bathroom should be improve. weird design close to a 2 bed room.
Scam me for extra money cancelled my reservation and up charged me they suck
The staff was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They were pleasant and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
The carpet in the room was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. The breakfast was terrible and of very poor quality. Overall, I had a very bad experience and would not recommend staying here.
