Road and/or lot Construction around the entire building obstructing easy view of entrance. Out of control of the hotel though.

They could do better on supplying and having house keeping come by and clean the rooms.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property. Everything was walking distance.

Cons:

Did not receive any house keeping cleaning since the three days of staying there had to ask the staff multiple times for toilet paper and towels.
