Worst hotel stay I ever experienced
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible and disgusting.

Cons:

The staff never answers calls from the room you have to go to the lobby on order to speak with someone. The hotel is old and outdated. My shower was broken

I dint realize I’d booked the wrong Hampton Inn.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, nice staff, and convenient for our needs in Buckhead.

Cons:

There was a lot of construction around the property, and it was difficult to locate and park. I expected a room with 2queen beds and a hot tub, and found I had one queen bed and not even an indoor pool.

First Hilton stay. Now I remember why I stay at Marriotts.
Pros:

The sausage patties at breakfast were delightful and they had SOME free parking. Also the location was in the heart of Buckhead.

Cons:

The lady that checked me in was nice enough but looked half asleep, had cookie crumbs on her face and she RAMBLED on and on about some guy that she was DONE WITH. Then she spent 10 minutes spewing her drama out to me like we were best friends and I wanted her to spill the tea. Ma'am I had just finished working a 14hr day and had to be back in less than 7 hrs for ANOTHER 14hr work day. I just wanted my room key and to go to bed. Then once I got to my room - since it was "winter" the thermostat was stuck on heat mode. I could change it to fan or A/C. I slept on top of the covers sweating.

Come for the pool, stay for the hospitality.
Pros:

The pool was amazing. (It was winter. It was cold. I still went in the pool. That was great.) The room was big and had a nice layout. I was able to check in a little early. I also was able to change my room type with very little notice which was awesome and really helpful because I had a surprise guest join me and needed to switch from 1 to 2 beds. The room was very clean with the exception of the shower area which ultimately was ok. The breakfast was unbelievably nice!

Cons:

The handle to my room had to be body slammed down for the door to open, this caused some confusion when I arrived but ultimately was fine. The shower area was not clean properly when I arrived but the rest of the rest of the room was perfect.
