Mom always said if you can't say something nice don't say anything, so, the bed was comfortable, the TV was great and the shower water pressure was also great not to mention terrific hot hot water. The lady checking us in was polite and nice. Lovely fingernails.
Upon arrival there was a large group directly in the front door are smoking Pot. I know it's legal in MD but very un nerving for us and also the family with children behind us. The staff should have stopped this.
The outlet in our bathroom was broken and not work. We asked 5 times for it to be fixed each time was told it will be done tomorrow, it was never fixed despite paying full price for this room we could not use it fully. One girl did offer us another room but told us it would be fixed the next day so we declined the room. The outlet was never fixed after 5 days. Drying my wife's hair at the desk was not ideal when someone trying to sleep. There is paint peeling from the ceiling in the Bathroom and the main room. Some liquid had been thrown on the wall on the left as you walk in, it was visible when the light hit it a certain way.
Location close to city but out of the hustle
Room had trash under bed and trash can full only one towel and pillows were flatter then the comforter. Parking is behind building next to dumpsters and lots of people walking thru that dont seem to belong got in late wasn't worth my time to bother with front desk just went to bed and rolled out in the morning. Better then sleeping in truck
We stayed here for a week as I cleaned out my fathers home and it was perfect. Close to EVERYTHING we could want or need, clean, extremely friendly staff and most of all comfortable! It was the home away from home I needed during an emotional time and I greatly appreciate it!
Clean, wonderful staff, close to everything, comfy!
Do not stayed at the Hampton Inn in Glen Burnie off of Ritchie Highway. I stayed there just this month on a Saturday night. When we went to check in early (I understand that it’s not guarantee) the woman behind the desk wouldn’t get off her chair to greet us. Without even looking at the computer told me nothing was available when I kept persisting she asked my name and still said nothing was available and we could return at 1o’clock. When we finally did check in Another young lady was at the desk who was very nice and it was a breath of fresh air and very pleasant. However, later on that night, there was an altercation between a man and a woman in which the police were called, but the couple was allowed to stay, even though they caused a ruckus at late hours of the night a second fight broke out with that same couple around 3:50 am in which the police were called out for a second time and which they were finally escorted off the property, but that was before the gentleman ran up and down the hallway, screaming profanity, and having an absolute meltdown, telling everyone on the 4th floor he doesn’t care call the police and a bunch of other vulgar nonsense. In the morning, when I went to go check out I addressed my issues with the front desk associate, and they were aware of the situation, however, kept saying that they cant control others or their guests and that this was beyond their control. And I completely disagree when they had to call the police first time they should’ve been escorted off the property at that time by not escorting them off the property it made room for a second occurrence which should have never been happened. They refused to give me a discount because I was already staying at a discounted rate when I called Hilton to complained complaints and they too could not give me a discount because I was already staying at a discounted rate. This was unbelievable and absurd and to be subjected to the type of violence and vulgar at this establishment. I am shocked that Hilton allows this type of ruckus in mayhem and does nothing about it. It gives them a bad name.
I am still in disbelief at this hotel experience. My mom and I had traveled from New York for a family medical emergency and were extending our stay day by day. The first few days were fine, but everything changed when a staff member became aggressive after I asked for a name to leave a review about rude conduct. The water had been out for hours, and when it finally came back on it was dirty and brown. I already felt exhausted and grimy. After requesting the staff member’s name, the manager became sarcastic and rude, and I decided I would no longer extend my stay due to the hostility. While I was in my towel, she came knocking on my door and threatened to involve the police, even after I informed her I would be leaving shortly. I had to leave immediately without being able to shower. Extremely unprofessional and stressful; would not recommend if you value basic respect and professionalism.

My family and I appreciate Ricardo Ramoutar, Amia, and Amani. They all made our stay amazing with their great customer service and attention to detail. Sometimes having a great smile great you and help you takes it to a different level.
Repeat customer and I'm quite satisfied
