Will not return.
Cons:

Outdoor room entrances, furniture that was all old and tattered. The chair in our room had a large tear in the material. Just take it out. The floor had trash dirt around the baseboards. Pillows were very tiny, like couch pillows. We have always stayed in Hampton Inn. Wherever we travel. We felt like we would always get the same Hampton experience. This one was clearly not a Hampton the outdoor entrance and the worn down environment was not it. We will definitely make sure when choosing Hamptons in the future that they are not like this one.

This hotel should NOT have a Hilton name attached.
Pros:

You need to show that the hotel has outside door entrances . Sheets on the bed were torn AND just all around scary!

Lousy Customer Service
Pros:

We booked a room for my son to stay in on his way back to college. En route, he lost his license. The night manager at the desk refused to allow him to check jn despite having several other forms of ID and a prepaid room through Expedia. I understand it is “policy,” but come on. If he had zero ID, OK. If the room wasn’t paid for in advance, fine. But under these conditions, the guy was just being an unhelpful twit hiding behind a ridiculous rule that I am certain he could have worked around if he had just felt like helping out a poor college kid. I can only hope this man has several children of his own and that they all wind up having to spend a night sleeping in a car at a rest area, preferably in rapid succession, so he can enjoy that sleep-depriving parental experience since he seemed quite willing to consign my family to this fate.

Unmitigated disaster.
Pros:

As a Lifetime Diamond, I have stayed at Hilton properties on at least 4 continents. In my opinion this is quite possibly the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. It should be condemned and at a minimum de-certified as a Hilton property. It is obviously suffered years of housekeeping and maintenance neglect. Absolutely disgusting.

I’ve never had such a dirty feeling as I did at this property. Due to time and scheduling matters I didn’t move to another location. Big mistake. Please see the attached photos that will speak for themselves. Bugs in room. Broken room items. Rusted out railings. Trash piled up. Absolutely disgusting carpet. And on and on and on…

Additionally, in my opinion, there were numerous shady characters that were constantly around the property and were apparently staying there.

In my opinion, absolutely do NOT allow your family, especially with kids to stay at this property. Not only do I consider this property a health hazard due to the numerous dead/alive bugs I found in my room it could also present a safety hazard due to the questionable people milling about there.

Pros:

Although it was advertised as a hotel, its a MOTEL. The spring mattresses are awful; the worst sleep I've ever had at a hotel/motel. The sheets were stained. The towels are stiff and scratchy.

Pros:

We were assigned a room, got the key went in, it was not cleaned. Back to the front desk. Got assigned another room. Went to pull out the pull out couch, no sheets for it. Back to front desk for sheets. My credit card got charged again, after paying for the room on May 30th (I have the receipt) they were going to look into it. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

I will not be staying at another Hampton Inn.
Pros:

Not much!!!

Cons:

The room was outdated, the smell in the room was bad, the TV didn’t work correctly, the bed was like sleeping on a 20yr old mattress and the pillows were awful. For $150.00, I would expect a whole hell of a lot nicer facility.

Staff at front desk, VERY RUDE and unwilling to help in any way.
Pros:

The facility was clean. I did not see other than the lobby area.

Cons:

I completely understand there was an Internet outage. But the fact we had already booked and paid for a room and we arrived around 1 AM. The staff that was at the front desk was completely rude and unwilling to help all she could say was she couldn’t give us a room due to not being able to get in her system. When I asked her what me and my three kids were supposed to do considering she had the money That I had spent for a room all she did was stand there and shrug her shoulders. So after driving for five hours at 1 AM, I had to figure out what me and my kids were gonna do. The lady who was working the desk proceeded to tell me that all the hotels in the area were also down so there was no need in trying other places. Needless to say I drove up the hill to holiday inn and they were able to give me and my kids a room. I understand if systems are down, but the lady was completely unwilling to help and was very rude about it. All in all, that’s what I did not appreciate

Probably won’t stay at a Hampton Inn again.
Pros:

Close to everything

Cons:

Killed 2 spiders on the walls of the room, and found 4 small worms (3 dead ? in bathroom and 1 in corner of room by the door). Would have complained and left but too tired. The drain in the shower so slow it filled half way up the tub during shower. There was a used bath towel hanging on the bathroom door. However, bed was comfortable.

Overpaid, and no accommodation
Pros:

The young lady that was there at the checkin the morning after our arrival made it much better. She was very helpful

Cons:

I and my family were in town for a funeral my Neice had unexpectedly passed away , We had originally booked a king suite for a family of 5 for a family reunion, I came 278miles straight from a 10 hr shift in the ER to be put in a single bed rm and then put in a dbl rm with 2 full sz beds my husband had to sleep in a chair that night after having surgery done on his shoulder 2weeks prior and the clerk that checked us in couldn't give us any explanation as to why this happened, said they were full and didn't even offer a discount for our trouble. We paid for a king suite with a sofa bed for 2 nights and got 2 full sz beds not enough to accommodate us.

Old motel with exterior room access
Pros:

This is a very old motel with exterior access to the rooms. There was an elevator to the second and third floors. I book e a king room and not adjoining another room.
We were given a tiny two double bed room AND it adjoined the room next door. The beds were marginally comfortable. Would not stay here again and was a bit shocked that this was a Hampton!
