Poorly managed & maintained hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and unfortunately, it was one of the most poorly maintained Embassy Suites properties I’ve ever visited. The condition of the room alone was enough to leave a bad impression. The towel rack and the soap/shower caddie were broken, and the cabinet doors for the luggage and clothing area were completely misaligned. The cabinet that holds the refrigerator and microwave was in such rough shape that it really needs to be replaced—or at the very least, properly repaired and reinforced. Even the chairs around the table had holes in them, and one of the pillows for the sofa bed had a hole as well. It’s hard to feel comfortable when so many basic items are damaged.

Breakfast was another major disappointment. Embassy Suites usually offers a reliable, enjoyable breakfast, but this location didn’t come close. The omelette was mediocre at best, and the rest of the breakfast options were honestly terrible. They even ran out of cranberry juice early in my stay and never restocked it during the entire three days I was there.

Overall, this is a poorly managed and poorly maintained hotel. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Whatever money you think you’re saving with the “included” breakfast isn’t worth the frustration, the lack of upkeep, or the overall decline in quality. Go elsewhere—you’ll have a much better experience.

I had a great time with the my family. Caught an early breakfast before my airport shuttle was nice .

Great Location for return flights. It looked amazing inside, great scenery love the commons area.

Pros:

We had an excellent experience hosting our event at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport North. Petrie was incredibly helpful throughout the process and played a key role in ensuring the event ran seamlessly. She was attentive to our group’s needs, listened carefully to our requests, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed smoothly. On the day of the event, she was very present and willing to assist whenever needed. We truly appreciated her professionalism and support, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with the team again in the future.

Cons:

Breakfast lacks healthy options. For vegans there's is only dry bread. They only provide paper plates and plastic cutlery. Not very eco friendly.

A great place to stay especially if you have a flight the next day.
Pros:

Room was specious especially when you need to re-do you luggage before the next morning flight. Comfortable beds and pillows, blinds that shaded completely the windows, hot water. Nice free cosmetics. A free happy hour drink with a small appetizers is another plus. Free soda for children. If we had more time, we would have loved to use the indoor pool. Breakfast and airport transfers are included. A great place to stay if you have a flight the next day.

Cons:

We would certainly appreciate more variety in the breakfast menu (including bread). Sliced cheese and green tea were missing. Also, it would be nice to have bottled water in the room.
