Underwhelming
Pros:

It was ok, but underwhelming for the price.

Cons:

The property feels outdated, from the worn-out room furnishings and bedding to the slow-to-heat shower water, which took ten full minutes to warm up. The breakfast options were very basic and are only available until 9 a.m. Additionally, the gym was out of order, the pool was closed for cleaning until noon and the lobby feels unwelcoming. I had originally planned to stay there in the morning as my flight only left in the evening, instead I left early to the airport.
Beyond the physical state of the hotel, the customer service was cold and unhelpful. I had an emergency flight landing that resulted in a 20-hour delay and caused me to miss my first night. When I arrived the next evening, the staff showed zero empathy or willingness to accommodate the situation. The only positive note was a friendly technician who tried his best to help with the shower, but overall, this was a frustrating experience.

Very helpful check in staff, fantastic, spacious room, good brealfast, great shuttle driver.

Cons:

I've never witnessed this before ... there were two entirled Karen's, who knew each other, in two seperate cars, effectively blocking the drive through unload spaces. I mean at total of 30 minutes. Ocassionally they would move their cars to let someone through, then back back into the spaces again then get out and talk to each other . If anyone else blocked them they would get out of their cars and yell and scream abuse at them. Security should have moved them on but did nothing !!!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

Beznadziejne śniadanie w formie bajgla, tlustych kielbas i jajecznicy z proszku podane na papierowych tackach i do tego plastikowe sztuce. To wszystko. Żadnych warzyw. Hotel kasuje prawie 200 USD za noc (!). Lepsze i lepiej podane jedzenie można było dostać na dworcu PKS w Szczecinie w latach 2000.
