A convenient location, but disappointing service and payment handling.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near LAX, making it a practical choice before or after a long flight. The room was spacious and reasonably clean, and I appreciated the late check-out arranged by a helpful receptionist, which made our departure much more convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall service was disappointing. Communication regarding the airport shuttle was lacking, check-in felt impersonal, and a broken TV in our room was not resolved despite waiting for over an hour. Breakfast was basic, and the use of disposable plates and plastic cutlery was disappointing. The most frustrating issue was being charged to my credit card after explicitly paying in cash and being assured that my card would not be charged. Resolving this required several follow-up messages. Better communication, more attentive service and more reliable payment handling would significantly improve the guest experience.

Inside atrium was beautiful. Close to airport.

Cons:

Night staff was rude. Morning staff continual lied to many of us waiting for shuttle, stating it would be ten minutes with five minutes more, and after 55minutes several of us got Ubers bc bus still wasn’t there. Almost missed our plane as a result. Morning was an hour off of what the night staff told us which was 30min before we wanted to get to airport. Should have been clearly communicated the shuttle goes to two other hotels so guests can make choice if getting other ride through Lyft or uber.

Nella colazione servizio omelette express cotte al momento da una cuoca gentilissima!

Nella colazione :mancanza di prodotti freschi e vegetali: come frutta solo delle melette acerbe!
Niente prodotti gluten free e latte vegetale!
Volevo usufruire della piscina ma l'acqua era abbastanza fredda

Good mid price option with some minor flaws in what is offered
Pros:

A good airport option - a short trip only on the complimentary 24 hr shuttle. We had an enormous room with a lounge and kitchenette and then a separate bedroom. We arrived very late into LAX so were just happy to have a hot shower and go to bed, which was comfortable. Small fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room. They have a huge breakfast area and I really can't understand the complaints. There was cereal, scrambled eggs and bacon, omlettes made on demand, pancakes, pastries, yoghurt etc. There was huge variety and it was plentiful. Luggage can be left if you have a late flight.

Weirdly, our booking had not gone through from this website but because I had the booking number etc, they were able to go in and retrieve it to create a new booking. This was great customer service. We would choose this hotel again.

Cons:

Breakfast only ran until 9am. As a 24 hr hotel with people arriving and departing at all hours, another hour's sleep and a later breakfast would have been appreciated - vene if it rain until 9.30am There is no late checkout option (even as a paid option) - they want you to use a 'day rooms' website which is incredibly pricey.

Quelques jours après un débit de environ 13€ sur mon compte ….mais je ne sais pas à quoi cela correspond , peut être le savon!!
Quand je suis partie j ai reçu par email la facture rien à payer en supplément !!!
