Embassy Suites Los Angeles - International Airport/North

The Pro Showcase hosted their first player showcase of 2026 in Los Angeles. We stayed with them from Monday to Friday and had the best support and experience we’ve had yet with a hotel with Embassy Suites LA North. We had about 50 people with us which can get very chaotic quickly. From food to technology troubleshooting to sourcing specific items for the meeting rooms they were top tier. There was never a delay in communication or operations. We had a few last minute add ons like dessert the first night where they made us 3 dozen cookies on the fly. They were a huge hit with the football players. Sometimes it’s the little things but I really can’t express how great everyone was on a large scale. Petrie was incredibly helpful at a higher level especially helping us organize rooms when additional people are being added and/or subtracted from the original list. Felipe, Leo, and Johnny smashed it out of the park with our lunches and dinners and huge shout out for those gooey chocolate chip cookies. Kemberly was the glue that kept us together helping us with projectors, technology issues, and finding random items we needed. She was always around and ready for any task. The entire team really helped keep everything smoothly running for us and we couldn’t appreciate it more. The aesthetic of the establishment was really intriguing too. I’m a huge Chihuly fan so having basically a private exhibit visible from anywhere in the hotel common areas was such a magical surprise for me. It had a sense of grandness, but yet with the plants and seating areas it had a sense of coziness. Anywhere with an indoor water fountain gets bonus points but this one is even cooler because it can be enjoyed from so many places in the hotel. I’m a huge fan of having even a tiny balcony to get outside before my day started. Even when my doors battery died and my key card wasn’t working an engineer met me at my room to open it with no delay. Daily breakfast with many options was much needed when I’m working and on the go. Having our buses coordinated through the hotel was an incredibly helpful part of our experience as well. It was one less thing I had to manage and a huge headache taken off my shoulders. Will stay here anytime I need a hotel by LAX hands down, no questions asked.

It was a very Good Experience. Everyone was very helpful from the front desk, management, and banquets. Shoutout to Petrie, Kemberly, and Felipe for being of great support!

Buffet breakfast

Easy hotel to stay if you’re using LAX Airport. Can’t beat the
Free drinks in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Very attentive staff who assisted me with my needs. Will stay again.

Location to rental car center

Perfect hotel near LAX with a buffet breakfast and omelette station. Rooms are spacious and very clean, and the hotel personnel are very kind and super attentive. They also have a happy hour with great snacks and beverages. The free shuttle to LAX is huge plus! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend.

Embassy Suites LAX North is a solid option for business travelers flying out of LAX. The parking package is a great value, with a comfortable suite, breakfast included, and reliable airport shuttle service.

The room was clean and well laid out, making it easy to relax or get work done. Breakfast was convenient, and the shuttle ran smoothly, which took the stress out of travel logistics.

Overall, a practical and efficient choice for LAX travel. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a quick overnight and use of their parking package and everything went as planned. Will definetly be staying here again on my next trip.

My wife and I had an early flight and needed a place to stay. This place was extremely clean and nice. The staff was wonderful! Shoutout to George for making our stay great!

I stayed at the hotel overnight and left my car for a week at their parking lot. The check-in was fast and friendly. Morning breakfast was spot on, and the shuttle driver was very friendly. Short but pleasant stay.

From the time of arrival and the assistance in getting parked - sensational. Parking is undercover and completely safe and secure which is so important.

Like this hotel a lot. Have stayed before. Embassy brand breakfast is free and it a full buffet with omelettes cooked to order. Huge savings each day for me and co workers. Two room suites which enable us to work together on our project. Very clean hotel. A 10 minute drive to the beach areas and on site parking. Staff was very friendly again too.

First of all, the decor needs a refresh. Everything looks old. The bathroom lighting is horrible. The doors slam shut so you get to hear that throughout the hotel. The whole HVAC system needs replaced. I had to switch rooms twice because of issues - a vent kept slamming closed intermittently in one room, & there was a weird loud motor noise in the bathroom of another.

It sucks trying to get connected to the wifi. You'll get numerous "delay" messages while it can't connect. Alarms in vacant rooms don't get turned off for some reason, so you get woken up at 6 am by the alarm next door. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Usually miss. They won't do everything that is requested & can't properly restock items in the suites.

They do have a shuttle, but the consistency is horrible. They need to hire more drivers. I'd wait at LAX & see multiple of other hotel shuttles drive by before seeing even one of Embassy Suites.
