I checked out after one night

My stay in general was nice as always, very pleased and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is convenient, the staff is kind and friendly.

Cons:

The toilet was not working properly, the maintenance guy was in his break so it took a little while to get fixed. Meanwhile we lost our time waiting on this matter.

Pros:

The location close to the airport

Cons:

Customer service upon arrival was not friendly - the shuttle took like one hour to pick us up from the airport - Breakfast was very basic, the only highlight are the omelets made to order.

Shuttle was nice
Pros:

Close to airport.

Cons:

We were told we could pay cash at checkout and then we weren’t allowed. It sucked as we planned accordingly.

Best, hotel in Los Angeles
Pros:

The entire hotel West spot-on. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I cannot ask for anything more than that. Breakfast is also the very best.

Pros:

We liked the room and spent time at the pool. The ability to order an omelette in the morning with breakfast was nice because the rest of the breakfast was lack luster.

Cons:

Unfortunately our TV didn't work when we arrived. A tech employee did come and fix it after some time but I did have to contact multiple times. We also swam in the pool and the amount of chlorine in the pool was very intense. Our eyes were red and uncomfortable afterwards.

Pros:

Everything until we left and got another hotel 500 miles away then embassy suites charged over $500 for random things when we left we changed everything so we could get our deposit back and nothing
They charged random fees to not have to give it back ridiculous
