There was a big fight in and outside the facility. Instead of the police being called first your security guards entertained the nonsense untill he had to call police because now their lives were in danger, this activity lasted for for over 2 hrs. My room was in the front woke me and my kids out our sleep when I came strictly for relaxing. Next morning call to the front for extension and of course couldn’t happened, no apologies or anything. Oh yeah it took them over 30 minutes to check me in😐, if I was traveling I would have been pissed beyond measures. I’m a former Hilton employee this was a real bad look for that location!

There seems to be issues with cleanliness , some parts off the hotel seem a buy worse for wear (like the elevators having discoloration, lamps in bedrooms having stains)

$25 "early" check-in fee (even for 1 hour); pool was shut down due to "vomit", but seems that shutting it down is a regular thing; currently under renovations (8/2/26); people running through the halls screaming and knocking on doors; bed was extremely lumpy.

It was no air in my room and it was like 98° outside. The pool was closed. I'm taking because electricity was out and they knew people was going to book rooms so they closed the pool. The hotel overall needs to be cleaned

Elevators

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend baseball tournament. Our first night went well overall, despite the mini fridge in our room not working. After we notified the front desk, maintenance responded quickly and replaced it right away. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive.

Unfortunately, our second night was a completely different experience. When we returned to our room after being away for over four hours (spending time with our team in the lobby and then going out to dinner), my children and I immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We don’t smoke, and we were traveling with two young children, so my husband immediately reported it to the front desk.

To our surprise, we were told that because the smoke smell was only detected in our room, we would be charged a $200 smoking fee. This was extremely upsetting, especially since we had just walked into the room ourselves and smelled the smoke. It was later discovered that the odor was present on other floors as well, confirming it wasn’t isolated to our room.

I want to recognize Zee and Jessica at the front desk for how professionally they handled the situation. They were patient, understanding, and genuinely worked to resolve the issue. Zee even came to our room with security to investigate, and they confirmed that we had not been smoking. Thankfully, the charge issue was resolved, and we were moved to another room.

Unfortunately, the replacement room had its own maintenance issues. The bathroom door would not close properly and would stick to the floor every time it was opened or closed.

I’m only giving this hotel 2 stars because of the outstanding customer service provided by Zee and Jessica. Without their efforts to resolve an unfair situation, my rating would have been much lower.
