Rooms are always comfortable and roomy and the staff is great
Pool was out of service, elevators were pretty slow and seemed broken/out of date, the lobby was kinda dirty, and the breakfast was pretty much out of food a lot…
Not much, rude staff, dirty, uncomfortable beds, slow elevators, and no air conditioning. My balcony door was left open before I even got to the room because they knew it was hot. Instead of fixing the AC.
Everything
very nice and peaceful
the bathroom could have been a little cleaner
This hotel is terrible. The entire facility is dirty, carpet hadn't been vacuumed for quite some time, stains on furniture & drapes, ceiling leaks, outdated furniture. The only positive was the catering staff. I was there for a business meeting and several of our group refused to stay there. Others said their tub didn't drain and one person said water was dripping in his tub from above. It was an awful experience!!
It was a very busy check in and only 1 representative available. We waited in line for about 20 minutes and got to the desk at 5, an hour after the official check in time. Our room, on the top floor, was not available, not cleaned and would be another 30-45 minutes. After a long day of driving we chose to take another room and had to remind the front desk that the rate should be less. Unfortunately this room back up to the Interstate so with constant traffic noise we slept very little. We complained the next morning, asked for a different room and was told one would be ready for us that afternoon. When we got the keycards and went to the room, there was no shower curtain.
This is an older hotel and not updated. None of the elevators were working when we first checked in.
The rate was good, but for good reason, given the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was good, including the omelettes.
We won't stay at this hotel again.
Nice hotel but in need of repairs
The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The check in was quick.
We have been to several Embassy Suites over the years. We have looked forward to the reception. We have known receptions with a spread of food along with the drinks. I brought my kids, thinking they could snack. There was no spread of food. I think you had to ask for some chips maybe. So, basically, this was only for adults. We had to leave and get dinner which was an extra cost.
I love a good hot tub and pool! The hot tub was nice. The pool was cloudy. The Chloramines were so bad that my eyes burned for an hour afterwards. They were not terrible until the other guests wanted the waterfall to flow.
The pool looked much bigger in the pictures.
At one point, there was only 1 elevator working and it was on the other side of the hotel. Thankful I could walk up and down stairs.
The Breakfast workers were overwhelmed and were not happy during my stay. I am not sure if this is normal or not.
Complimentary Drinks and their breakfast
The elevators are really slow and some of them do not work. My little cousin had his birthday party here over a year ago and the elevators were the same exact way.
We always love the omelette bar for breakfast, the staff are nice and helpful, and rooms are always good. The complimentary drinks are a godsend at night, and the snack bar for it is a lovely extra touch on top of that!
There needs to be a staff member that checks on the pool every now and then. The one thing that ruined the stay for me, was the pool. Kids were splashing water over into the hot tub constantly after asked not to do so. Also people not being mindful of toddlers trying to swim while almost jumping on them in the pool.
Have stayed at hundreds of Hilton hotels and this was the dirtiest and most poorly run that I’ve ever stayed at. We got there late so just dealt with it for one night but others in our group had arrived earlier and decided to leave because it was so bad.
Staff was rude but worst of all was the filthy and worn out room. Hair all over one of the beds, fridge not cleaned out from the last occupants, disgusting carpets and couch, and I could go on.
Made the mistake of not reading reviews before hand but see it’s quite a trend.
The guy cooking eggs Sunday morning! Very kind and friendly
Property was very dirty inside the hotel
Arrived at the hotel (a Hilton franchise, not corporate) around 2pm and was told my room was not ready (check in is at 4pm) but that they would let me know when the room was available. As I continued to check the app I could see my assigned room was still not ready. Around 3:45pm I approached the front desk and to my surprise new arrivals in line were all receiving their room keycards. After waiting 15 minutes in the line I was not given any explanation for my wait but told that my room is now ready. The front desk agent was rude and unhelpful. A gentleman (Daryl) identified himself as a Regional Manager and was unable to provide any insight to me as to what happened and the reason for my 2 hour wait in the lobby.
The wifi does not work. Spoke with an employee (Valerie) who was rude, short, and offered no solutions other than to call someone in tech department (???)
The hotel is in need of upgrades and some furniture needs to be replaced.
All front desk staff members (including 'management') need additional training. The lack of empathy is in full force at this property. It goes without saying: I don't recommend this hotel and will never be staying here again.
The only thing that was decent was the made to order omelet's for breakfast. but other then that, thats about it. The rest of the stay was AWFUL.
I don't leave reviews very often, but this hotel has got to be the worst one I have been to yet. First off, when you walk into the lobby it is gorgeous! welcoming, huge, and then once you get to your room you open the door and your like you have got to be kidding me right now. There pictures on their website definitely hide the nitty gritty. First off, we booked a room for a party of 4, suppose to get 2 beds and we got 1 king bed and a pullout couch. We opened the pullout couch, and there were stains all on the sheets, a dirty fork, and not to mention it was as hard as a piece of OSB. AWFUL. The room smelled like dirty feet, we had 2 towels, no toilet paper, we had to call front desk multiple times for service. I have never ever had to do that at a hotel. EVER. You had to wait 15 minutes to get on the 1 elevator they had because the other one was broke down and had wires hanging out of the wall on floor 3. The tables were filthy. In the morning for breakfast the staff are so unfriendly, they were terrible at keeping the food stocked, they had 2 waffle irons, and there was a 30 minute wait to get one. The made to order omelets were awesome though, I will give them that. The Juice machine was spraying out the side of the machine everytime you pressed a button. Our family members shower handle fell off during their first shower. Obsurd, disgusting. They put a $200 hold on your card when checking in- so you have to pay the $200 hold + your overnights fee. For what?? A total garbage place. My 9 year old asked me if this bed has bed bugs... It was that gross. The pool area was pretty, looks nothing like their photos- the bathroom in there the door is curroding off the ground so when you go to lock it, it may or may not fall over on top of you. There was NO toilet paper. garbage everywhere. The environment was soo HIGH in chlorine it was burning our eyes we couldnt even let our children swim for very long.
Convenient location and breakfast
The location is good but the rooms seemed kind of dingy, my room had a large red carpet stain, there was mold in the shower tile and the sofa seemed worn out. The hot tub was full of foam.
