Las dimensiones de la habitación, la amabilidad del personal y la limpieza. El desayuno era muy completo, con todo tipo de opciones. Está muy cerca de un centro comercial y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes alrededor.
La ubicación ya que estaba en el distrito financiero pero muy lejos del centro histórico de la ciudad: caminando era aproximadamente una hora. Por otro lado, había obras en las inmediaciones, con lo cual el acceso fue a veces, complicado.
Very good service, very helpful to book transfers. Rooms were quite big and clean. Hotel surroundings felt safe.
Early breakfast options very limited and not worth the price. If leaving the hotel before 7am, I would not recommend to book a breakfast.

La ubicación es lo mejor
La piscina estaba helada, no pudimos meter ni un pie. Tampoco permiten usar las plataformas Netflix, Hbo, YouTube etc en los televisores de las habitaciones. Así que no pudimos entretenernos en la piscina ni ver algo en tv juntos, viajamos en familia. Demasiado caro para que falten estas cosas.
Además pregunté un par de cosas obvias a los empleados de recepción y no sabían nada de nada.

el hotel es muy bonito, esta bien situado, la pileta estaba fría, una pena, era el motivo por el que había elegido el hotel por sobre otras opciones, viajamos con mi hija embaraza, bajamos valijas y nadie vino a ayudarnos.

There wasn't soap, only 1 towel, room service took about 2 hours every time I ordered and no one answered the phone. Embarrassing

No había shampoo ni del de ducha, esas son cosas que deben ser permanentemente supervisadas en especial en una habitación premium. El desayuno a pesar que lo cobran aparte muy baja calidad.

The location, room and breakfast was good and despite the poor reception from some staff, overall the stay was good.
As others state, there is no early checkin and you also cannot do the administration before 3pm as we were told bluntly by the unwelcoming receptionist who did not represent the standard expected from this type of hotel. Bellen and her rude sidekick, (who interesting did not wear a name tag) were both unhelpful, rude, and disinterested. We had nothing but wonderful interactions on our trip apart from these two staff. We had such better hospitality in hostels and lower grade hotels on our trip, and this was very disappointing as staying at NH was supposed to be a treat at the end. Luckily Andres on reception after a shift change was very helpful. Such a shame 2 people can stain your experience.
