Faltou uma toalha de banho no quarto, liguei pra todos os numeros e ninguem atendeu, tive q descer de pra buscar…… na portaria

La pileta no está climatizada para relax. Que no me dejaran pagar con puntos minor por reservar en booking
En general en un muy buen hotel , es la séptima vez que me alojo allí .
Lo mejor: la ubicación, la limpieza la comodidad de la cama , el desayuno
Lo peor : de las dos habitaciones que utilizamos una no tenía wi fi . Y los poquísimos amenitis que había en el baño además del jabón el shampoo y el acondicionador en un dispenser ( esto le quita categoría al hotel )

Servicio, estuvimos alojados casi una semana en las habitaciones del piso 20, todas las noches habian ruidos en la azotea de la habitacion 2003 - se reporto varias veces- nunca hubo una respuesta, solo evasivas.
Muy bueno el desayuno y las piezas.
LA PILETA ESTÁ CONGELADA, HAGAN ALGO POR FAVOR SERÍA PERFECTO EL HOTEL.
La ubicación
Camas eran pequeñas, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la piscina que fue por lo que lo elegimos estaba helada. Pedimos servicio a la habitación, una pizza y era un pan con ingredientes por casi 17 dólares. Las llaves no funcionaron en 2 ocasiones y tuvimos que bajar a resolverlo. Restorabt cerrado para almorzar.
Localização é ótima
Recuerdo viajes anteriores donde el Hotel, al menos el fin de semana, ofrecía champagne en el desayuno. Ha cambiado :(
Sugerencias: Las almohadas. Deberían ser mas blandas y menos gordas. Al menos 2 de ellas, para tener opción de elección.
El agua de la piscina estaba muy fría. Pensamos que iba a estar mejor, para poder usarla en invierno.
El personal de primera, el cuarto impecable y súper cómodo
