Como todo NH Collection excelente el Hotel!!! En todos sus aspectos!!!Ubicacion, desayuno, el personal maravilloso!, las instalaciones!La genial cercanía al Costanera Center!

La ubicación
Los baños, olorosos a poso,y muy viejo y no mantenido, ejemplo las puertas mal pintadas , baños poco cómodos, clasificados como 5 estrellas es demasiado.

Quando entrei no meu quarto, havia uma bandeja com metade de uma pizza comida
Acomodação muito confortável, bom espaço e equipada com frigobar e cafeteira nespresso.
Bem localizada, porém se a ideia é usar carro , melhor evitar horários de pico pois o trânsito é muito intenso na região,

La habitación no tenía insonorizacion, se escuchaba el tráfico, personal de recepción no muy amable a diferencia de personal del desayuno. Camas un poco duras.
No coração de Santiago. Perto de tudo.
La atencion del personal. Cometi un error en la fecha de la reserva y me lo resolvieron sin problema. Unos genios, siempre bien predispuestos. Una mencion especial para Andres, quien resolvio super rapido el problema de mi reserva.
La pileta climatizada. Intente usarla dos veces pero fue imposible, el agua estaba helada. Una pena porque la vista que tiene de la ciudad es excelente, pero tanto el agua como el ambiente estaban super frios.
Hermoso hotel frente al shopping. Es la 3°vez que me hospedo ahí. El desayuno es fantástico. Camas cómodas, habitación amplia. El personal es muy amable.

el desayuno, un desayuno sin medialunas, no existe para mi.. Sería bueno poner una planchita tostadora, cualquier pan feo se mejora con el calor
