Desayuno es muy bueno, se puede realizar peticiones especiales a personal (con excelente disposición). Posee una ubicación inmejorable.
En mi reserva había realizado check in previo con habitación especifica, al llegar al Hotel no me respetaron mi reserva y me asignaron otra habitación en una ubicación no deseada sin entregarme una mayor explicación más que sólo "estaba ocupada", no ofrezcan un check in por su página si no lo van a respetar.
Podría mejorar limpieza en habitaciones y sector de la piscina, siendo un hotel 5 estrellas y por el precio, debería ser acorde.

Ungenügende Personalausstattung der Rezeption. Langsame Prozesse, Warteschlange, drei Terminals an der Rezeption, von denen auch bei Hochbetrieb nur eines besetzt war.
Localização, estacionamento e bom café da manhã . Camas confortáveis e quartos com bom tamanho.
O Hotel precisa de muita manutenção nos quartos e principalmente nos banheiros. O sinal de desgaste é bem evidente e muitas coisas não funcionam bem. A limpeza também precisa ser melhor.
