Pros:

Ottima posizione, discreta colazione, letto abbastanza comodo, palestra funzionale.

Cons:

Hotel un po' datato e camera molto rumorosa (si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni nonostante fossi al 18mo piano).
Colazione discreta ma migliorabile. Ristorante a pagamento, piatti solamente sufficienti.
Assolutamente non un 5 stelle

Cons:

Gimnasio debe renovarse
Piscina de 1 mt de profundidad sin ducha para higienizarse antes de entrar (opté por no usarla)
Desagüe de la ducha lento: imposible tomar ducha larga con buena presión de agua porque desborda

Muy buena la ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

El estacionamiento se paga adicional (son $15.000 adicionales por noche), no queda claro que es un costo extra al hacer la reserva por booking ya que en los servicios dice parking disponible pero al entrar en los detalles sale que tiene un costo adicional.
Deberían dejarlo más claro en la aplicación para que no sea sorpresa

Me demoraron cobrándome en el checkout el consumo el cual pasaron 3 veces y ya se habia cobrado luego intente salir y no habia nadie en el estacionamiento pese a tocar insstentemente... por esa razón perdi mi vuelo

Pros:

La ubicación es su mayor virtud, estás frente al shopping.

Cons:

Está un poco desactualizado, se podrían mejorar las habitaciones. Me prometieron que me iban a dar desayuno antes de irme, porque mi vuelo salía muy temprano, pero sólo había un café frío y dos manzanas.

Excelente. Seria bueno que los placares tengan mas estantes y los dispensers del baño funcionen.
Pros:

Desayuno excelente. Los mozos y el chef Luis muy amables. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Y el desayuno muy completo. Todo el tiempo estaban reponiendo las bandejas para que no falte nada.

Cons:

Los placares no tienen espacio para dejar las remeras, sweaters, etc. Tienen UN estante para dos personas. Los dispensers de shampoo, jabon y condicionador andan mal y estan tapados.

Although they have many issues, the location overcome them.
Pros:

The location is excellent! The staff at the reception is very friendly. The view of the Andes is amazing!

Cons:

The room is dirty on the floor, the bathroom is small and the beds are not so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, but at the most of the days there were not juices with no sugar added.

Es un hotel sobrevalorado. No tiene nivel 5 estrellas
Pros:

El desayuno

Cons:

La habitación no era de hotel 5 estrellas. Mala iluminación y muy pequeña para ser Superior.
La ducha no estaba muy limpia y el baño no tenía extractor de aire.
