Comfortable and a fabulous location , with really helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect to be able to walk to various attractions. Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Also as part of the service we were given a complimentary glass of wine every night of our stay, which was a really nice surprise

Very nice hotel in a very central location
Pros:

Confortable room, clean and very well situated close to downtown

Great Stay
Pros:

Wew had a 1 bedroom suite. Excellent price and big enought for myself, my wife, and our 3 year old.

Cons:

The room being right on the elevators. It tuned out no issue.

Ótima localização, equipe simpática, porém merece reforma urgente
Pros:

Equipe/funcionários extremamente simpáticos e educados. Ótima localização, a menos de 5 min a pé da Union Square. Taça de vinho gratuita todas as noites no bar do hotel.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno, mobília antiga, carpete em estado ruim de conservação, o que pode gerar desconforto para alérgicos/atópicos.

Solide Unterkunft im Zentrum zu einem vernüftigen Preis

Zentral gelegen, 3 Minuten zum Union-Square und 15 Minuten bis zum Moscone-Kongresszentrum. Für den Preis überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung, z.B. Kaffee und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Bequemes Bett, ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. genügend Steckdosen

Cons:

Das Viertel Tenderloin ist heutzutage ein Viertel mit vielen Obdachlosen. Einige Restaurants und viele Geschäfte haben die Pandemie nicht überlebt. Die aktuelle Situation bedeutet aber nicht unbedingt eine reale Gefahr für Touristen, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Trotzdem sollte man es grundsätzlich vermeiden, viel Bargeld o.ä. bei sich zu tragen

A nice cozy place to stay, relatively inexpensive, in the SF theater district.
Pros:

Check-in was exceptionally smooth, Nestor at the front desk gave me a thorough run-down on the hotel's amenities and neighborhood eateries. The room was quite nice, in an old-fashioned way that I like. Everything was very clean, nice touches like a wardrobe cabinet so you could unpack, actual glass glasses, maid actually made my bed every day. I was already familiar with the hotel's bar and tapas restaurant, and they were an added attraction to choosing this property.

Cons:

I was on a lower floor (3rd) and I could hear a lot of street noise--sirens, car alarms, stuff like that. But not really the hotel's fault.

Great value for the cost conscious traveler
Pros:

While it is not in the best area of SF, the hotel was more "upscale" than I expected, especially for the price on Bookings.com. I was here overnight for a business meeting and had low expectations but it was better than I expected. The room was really clean and well appointed (for the price). The bar off the lobby is great. I tried to stay a few more nights and they were sold out!
