Pros:

The Warwick is just two blocks away from Union Square which gives all the bus/trolley access you need to traverse the city. The hotel location also has plenty of restaurants nearby that wont break the bank.

We never felt very safe.too close to the Tenderloin and not near enough to Union square

Clean, tidy , friendly staff and connected restaurant

Cons:

Bathroom sink was in the bedroom. So noisy all the time. Location was too near tenderloin and not in Union square or next to tram stop as we were told.

Very central, clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel in downtown San Francisco practically 2 mins walk to Union Square. Denise and Nestor in particular very helpful and courteous.
