Location. The area is getting very run down and homeless people are encroaching around that area and into Union Square.

Looks much better in pictures, otherwise an average hotel that could use some upgrading/maintenance.

Buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

El precio y el tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

La ubicación no la calificaría como Union Square, ya que se aleja algo del sector bueno. La vista no era muy atractiva.
El hotel estaba con trabajos de remodelación y eso no me fue avisado antes de reservar.
