There needs to be a luggage ramp on the west side of the very wide stairs for people to use instead of going up on the traffic ramp

Easy access, modern and clean. Lobby lounge was lovely and staff were delightful
Night staff at check in was not at all friendly. He did not greet or acknowledge us at check in or smile during the interaction. Stark contrast to the checking out staff member who was friendly and helpful.
It was clean the showers were really clean

Suite was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.
Room was not as sound proof as I would have liked. Lots of hallway noise as well as noise from adjoining suite.

Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Temperature was comfortable not too hot or cold.
The lounge upstairs was great touch! The staff in lounge was friendly as were the cleaning staff.
The front desk staff on the 3 different times I went were polite but cold/aloof. Suggest the are taught how to be warm and friendly...this would improve first and last impressions for your guests.
