We had a great experience staying at the Fairfield Inn in Charelston. We are not saying everything was perfect, but what is! However, when we did have an issue it was immediately and with the utmost professionalism. Unfortunately, I can not remember the name of the woman who checked us in, but she was delightful at check-in and throughout the entirety of our stay. There was also another woman who worked the front desk, Avianna, who was extremely kind and went above and beyond to assist our family when we had a personal problem. The staff at the Fairfield was all around amazing and why we will be staying at the Fairfield the next time we are in town
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable.. Nice large TV. Only negative was the breakfast was very basic. No juice, just coffee to drink that we could find.
Front desk staff was delightful!
Motel was clean and nice! Loved the decor! I would come back again and stay here. No complaints!
That it was renovated
The shampoo and conditioner and soap
Love the new look. I’ve been staying with you for over 20 years and it looks great. We were in room 501 which is now my favorite. I’m disabled and love the new step in shower. Suggestion; there is no where to plug my charger in on the left side of the bed.
This Comfort Inn was such a gift for me. With a close family member as a patient at MUSC Hospital, I was so grateful for a hotel in walking distance to the hospital that felt safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The friendly staff greeted me each morning and evening. No problems!
Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I'm a veteran with a service dog they allowed me to bring her in which was very helpful for me. I will definitely come back and visit this place again. 🇺🇸
The front desk ladies were top tier! Thank you for easy service, and without the need for AI or robots. Well… since this requires 100 characters… the staff was absolutely incredible and they deserve all the credit
Clean even under construction
downtown location
currently under construction
Average hotel. It’s currently under construction so no access to pool. Elevators are a little creepy and scary. Room was average. Hot water took forever to warm up.
The new remodel is looking fabulous, new room upgrades, I can't wait to return when it is completed.
The front staff was Amazing I wish I could remember her name, she was working on 09/23 morning shift.
Being upgraded, looks really nice, room was large and comfortable. My only concern is the bathroom could have been cleaner. We will be returning in november.
Even though the place is under construction. Is still clean and comfortable. The room was very clean . And the lady at the front desk was so nice
Nice room. Great view. Clean. Safe env. Staff was super friendly. Under renovations. Breakfast was grab and go. Nice stay
Friendly staff and wasn’t disturbed by construction noise at all. Very close to excellent dining choices and very close proximity to MUSC.
So nice people an very clean .always a smile.kids was very happy an not scare at our stay .was ready for the pool to be open but it was a awesome stay
Tamiia was very pleasant and welcoming.
She was able to check me in early after my flight arrived ahead of schedule.
She provided helpful information and guidance on local transportation.
Amber was amazing and demonstrated excellent multitasking skills.
She efficiently handled multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work.
She was very knowledgeable about the city and accommodated all guest inquiries with ease.
Otis is the best and truly went above and beyond.
He proactively assisted me in the lobby, so I did not have to wait for a front desk agent.
He was thoughtful and found a comfortable place for me to sit while I waited for my ride, especially since the lobby was under renovation.
He consistently helped guests with a genuine smile on his face.
Overall, my hotel stay was great. The newly renovated room looked like it belonged in a four-star hotel, and I was not at all bothered by the construction noise. The only issue was that my request for extra pillows, which I needed for my sciatica, was never fulfilled. I'm not sure if the request was missed on my reservation.
