The room was always clean, the staff were very courteous and I was surprised when I found a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

Clean and easy to get around.

Breakfast was healthy especially the way how they brew the coffee. Room was very clean, the staff was awesome. Parking was a breeze and parking lot very clean.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, good breakfast

Booked 2 doubles but they were full, so smaller than double. Room was small, missing closet door but track was still there, fridge with microwave on top just sitting oddly by themselves in room, dried sticky stuff all over the desk, carpet stained and dirty looking. Breakfast was decent, coffee in lobby was fresh ground beans so that was good. Just needed for a place to sleep so it was fine for that.

The staff are so wonderful here. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Convenient

I am very disappointed with the cleaning crew who knocked on my room around 10:40 am while my wife and I were changing, reminding us that checkout time is 11:00 am. Such reminders should not happen before the official checkout time.

When I raised this issue with the front desk manager, her response was not satisfactory. Additionally, communication with the cleaning crew is very difficult, as most of them do not speak English. Instead, they rely on a device that translates everything into Spanish, which creates further inconvenience for guests.

Breakfast was good, maintenance really move fast my 3 year old locked the bathroom door and maintenance was there within 2 mins of informing staff.

My family and I booked a last minute getaway and chooser to stay here. From the time we walked in to the time we left the staff was AMAZING!! Lauren greeted us with a smile was very friendly, helpful and went out her way to go over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When I noticed she wore multiple hats I was so amazed at her effort and professionalism not to mention she did it all with a smile. The cleaning staff was very nice and respectful as well as the breakfast staff. I have definitely saved this hotel for our next out of town stay. Oo yes and the hotel is super conveniently located next to EVERYTHING! 5 and below, Lowe’s, plenty of food options, highways. 10/10 we will be back! Thank you so much for making our stay very warm and welcoming as well as comfortable for me and my family. The kids enjoyed and so did we.
