Location and parking
The elevator was down
It was clean, comfortable, safe and convenient for families.
I booked this property based on the pool for my six-year-old. I called in advance to ensure the pool being open and available. They assured me it was being cleaned currently, and when I checked in by three, it would be open and available to me. Upon checking in the front desk told me it was being cleaned and the pH balance wasn’t ready to call in an hour or two. I called back at six and they told me the pool would not be open until tomorrow morning. The next day I called and she said the pool will not be open because the ladder was broken on Sunday. I told them why didn’t they tell me this when I originally called the day before booking so I would’ve booked another hotel? I called booking immediately and filed a complaint. Currently waiting for accommodations on their mistakes.
