Pros:

They are attentive to the visitors before asked. Clean, comfy & safe. You must get the package where food breakfast is included.

Cons:

They charge for everything. It’s far from everything. You must have your food delivered.

Great hotel!
Pros:

I had a very good stay at Crowne Plaza Englewood, NJ. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner was also very good. The hotel recently upgraded the key card system, which made access easier and more convenient. The elevators worked well, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Passable hotel, but don't expect much
Pros:

Not a lot of choices in Engelewood and the Crowne Plaza certainly doesn't put in any extra effort. Of the two elevators on the property, one has been broken for days and the other seems like it died tonight. Staff is completely apathetic.

Hallways and lobby are warn and smell strongly of smoke (though my room does not). Room is modern-ish and clean.
