Cleanliness was not good
The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was convenient to have breakfast right off the lobby. I appreciated having fresh fruit as part of breakfast.
I suggest putting a night light in the bathroom. Also, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were OK, but didn't have much flavor.
Convenience
The “included” breakfast we paid for was not worth it. We were actually treated differently (rudely) as compared to paying customers in the restaurant
Nothing I only stayed for 2 hours and changed my hotel
The property did not align with its advertised condition. The room had an unpleasant odor, the carpet was stained, and the furniture also showed signs of wear. The vanity stone top was broken. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy like a music box. To make matters worse, we discovered a bug crawling on the bed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we decided to leave within the first two hours. We requested a full refund, which the front desk attendant, Maria, agreed to, but the property has been unresponsive, and we have yet to receive our refund.
