Just OK but we expected more for what we paidid
Pros:

Did have breakfast there but did have a late supper one night and it was really good

Cons:

Hotel needs some serious upgrades. Water wouldn't drain away from sink in bathroom, toilet didn't always flush properly, couldn't get a signal on most of the tv channels

It was convenient and comfortable but there is room for improvement.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional while being polite and professional. The room was a good size and very comfortable for the duration of our trip. I know it has become standard but I always appreciate having free wifi included in my stay.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom took a while to drain the water that accumulated when the faucet was turned on. The shower heads looked to be somewhat outdated. I would suggest there be a guide on how to turn the drain in the tub to prevent the water from remaining while taking a shower (some people like myself may not be accustomed to such things).
I would also suggest having a guide for the television so people know what channels are available. I would even suggest investing in tvs that have streaming services built in or allow for individuals to "cast" from their devices so they are not limited to what is provided on the channels given.

Pros:

Quite honestly awful. From midnight to 3am there was A LOT of dirty water leaking from the upstairs into our bathroom. We could not use the bathrooms as it was leaking in the shower and over the toilets. No one was around to deal with it. The next morning I asked to at the very least switch rooms, and the next room literally had the same issue. Water leaking from the ceiling all over the bathroom. We were only there two nights. They have not responded to weeks of calls about any type of refund or even partial refund. I have called and called, to never get a call back.

Cons:

This property could do a lot better with the cleanliness and the updo or of bathrooms. Bathrooms are very dated and need some serious work.

Pros:

I have to mention Annemarie at the desk. We were caught in New Jersey floods. All roads leading to the hotel per GPS were flooded. I called the hotel and she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes till we finally found our way to the hotel. What an asset to the crown plaza.. She was wonderful. We will be visiting our Grandson at FDU. We will definitely stay at this hotel.

Very clean and nice but pricey.
Pros:

Room was very clean and nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was pricey for a small selection of items. Staff could not tell us what we could do in Englewood or nearby that would be fun, i.e. we found out later that the American Dream Mall is close by and we would have loved that. We were there for a concert at the Bergen PAC and they couldn't even tell us how to get there.
