The breakfast was good, friendly waitress. Comfy beds, quiet atmosphere.
The smell in the stairs was terrible. Found a dirty qtip on the ground in my room. The trash cans had no trash bags.
Only liked the location.
Hotel was under construction. Rooms are dated and paint peel from walls and sheetrock falling. Smelled mildewy. Wont stay here again until renovations
Nothing to like. Under construction
The property was under construction. I normally wouldn’t complain about that but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. No closet in the room. Nowhere to place your suitcase. No bedding for the sleeper sofa. Shower was inadequate and bathroom was in the process of renovation. This room cost an exorbitant amount of money for utter disarray. If the room were priced with the construction in mind I would have a much different opinion. Will not be spending any more time in a Double Tree property
PHENOMENAL and Very Exceptional Amenities in this Doubletree Property!
Would like to Have the Renovations Finalized Sooner than the Anticipated Time Frame.
The lobby looks almost finished but the rooms have a ways to go. They need a lot of TLC to meet standards. It has potential but needs more time. The girl working the front desk the evening of 6/16/26 with a religious tattoo on her left anterior forearm was incredibly kind. I wish I could have gotten her name to add to this review but hope my comment finds her and provides her the recognition she deserves.
I wish I could give 0! This place was absolutely disgusting! No notification or renovation in progress! Contractor seemed to work randomly and leave complete mess when done for the day. No cleaning seemed to be done by housekeeping with bathrooms dirty and air filter covered in filth. Completely unacceptable!!!
Location. The staff during check out was nice.
Staff checking in was not friendly at all seemed like we were an inconvenience. Shower head, exhaust fan and shower appear to have mold and a questionable spot on the floor next to the night stand.
The location was the only thing good about this hotel. The shower head was disgusting. The ceiling was cracked and peeling. The sheets on the bed had black stains, and the comforter had black stains and what looked to be mold. The pullout sofa needed to be burned as it had tons of stains on it. We asked for a new comforter and they told us they didn’t have any extras and offered us a sheet. None of the issues were fixed during our stay
I disliked the property
Dirty, bloody mattress, was offered free breakfast in exchange for the filth
Location
Could of let us know about construction....and break on RATES!!!!!!
The price
It’s old and it’s presently being renovating.
The place is being remodeled and it looks like a bomb has gone off at the end of the workday. The contractors just stop and leave their tools wherever it’s a total mess there isdust everywhere. When you walk in, it looks like it’s just a hotel under construction, not even open and it shouldn’t be open. It shouldn’t even be permitted to be open in his current condition. I appreciate the fact that owners have decided to upgrade this hotel but they couldmake it more comfortable for guests that are paying the normal rate for a reservation during the process. The breakfast is ridiculous. It’s in a small little room. I’m sure because of the remodeling. They don’t have the facilities which they would expect but they still charge the same price. I don’t believe the rooms are being remodeled at this point, but they certainly need to. They were mowed and allergy growing in my room. Itwas truly disgusting worse than a motel six . Oh the cookie was cold and stale too. The worst Hilton family hotel I’ve ever seen and I am a Hilton Honors diamond
Location is good. Staff was very friendly.
Dining and bar are under construction that wasnt listed. Rooms are dated. Cracking drywall and tub surround in bathroom. Smells old and musty in hallways. Honestly surprised its in this kind of shape and affiliated with Hilton. Long way to go to be up to normal Double Tree standards.
