Wonderful Stay, great price
Pros:

The staff and front desk was super friendly and helpful, the room was wonderfully cleaned, the bed was comfortable, clean and well made. Georgia is beautiful! I didnt even notice her at first.

Cons:

The construction noise in the morning, but given they're renovating, it's to be expected and wasn't anything outrageous. The shower floor was a little dirty/cracked and the room itself felt a bit sparse for the size but that is being incredibly nit-picky.

Disappointed
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was not very clean, had a lot of hand prints all over the windows. The room divider had a hole in it. For a hole in the wall hehind the curtin. The carpet was lifting. My kids opened the pullout bed and it had stains all over it. Went to get breakfast and only one person was working, serving, cleaning, setting and seating. The water fill dispencer had stuff floating in it.

I liked the hotel! Needs some small upgrades.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, friendly waitress. Comfy beds, quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

The smell in the stairs was terrible. Found a dirty qtip on the ground in my room. The trash cans had no trash bags.

Not a pleasent hotel to stay at. Renovations take away from hotel and rooms are dated.
Pros:

Only liked the location.

Cons:

Hotel was under construction. Rooms are dated and paint peel from walls and sheetrock falling. Smelled mildewy. Wont stay here again until renovations

Cons:

The property was under construction. I normally wouldn’t complain about that but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. No closet in the room. Nowhere to place your suitcase. No bedding for the sleeper sofa. Shower was inadequate and bathroom was in the process of renovation. This room cost an exorbitant amount of money for utter disarray. If the room were priced with the construction in mind I would have a much different opinion. Will not be spending any more time in a Double Tree property

I would recommend waiting until their renovations are done.
Pros:

The lobby looks almost finished but the rooms have a ways to go. They need a lot of TLC to meet standards. It has potential but needs more time. The girl working the front desk the evening of 6/16/26 with a religious tattoo on her left anterior forearm was incredibly kind. I wish I could have gotten her name to add to this review but hope my comment finds her and provides her the recognition she deserves.
