The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was professional and kind. All this and the price was fairly reasonable too.
Pool wasn’t open
Did not eat the breakfast I am gone before breakfast starts thanks anyway
the sofa bed was super uncommittable and vas very dirty
Awful!!!!
Checked in asked for a double and sofa bed, went into the room, it was 80 degrees took awhile for it to come down. Room was dirty, found someone else dirty socks when we attempted to pull out the sofa bed, when we pulled out the sofa bed it was broken, when asked to see if we could get another room, said they were sold out and we would have to stay here. Waited forever just to get extra blankets so my friend could sleep on the couch.
The towels were dirty and the toilet was broken.
When I talked the next morning to someone that told me the double rooms don’t have sofas beds and (event thought it advertised on the website they do) I explained to them that is not what we were told at check-in and the website also states that double rooms have sofa beds. The front desk person said I’m sorry, but there’s nothing we could do about that.
Breakfast was awful. There was no milk for the cereal or juice not even creamer for coffee. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant and a drink at the bar before we had to go to our event that evening they stated that the bar and restaurant are not open and will not open anytime soon.
another family that was there wanted to know why the pool was not open and they stated that the pool just was never going to open, they were told at check in the pool was open.
At checkout, I asked again to see what they could do because we were promised they were with two doubles and a sofa bed we were told there was nothing they could do for us because a sofa bed was not required for a double room. I then demanded that we be compensated in some sort. They said they did not know if they could give us any compensation, but would get back to us.
A few days after checkout, I checked my credit card statement and they overcharged me for the room and did not give me the discount that they stated that they would give me after I left for the day when I called again the day after they stated no we don’t give out discounts and that the room was the amount that was priced,
I asked why my credit card was still charged a higher amount than what the room was and they said it would eventually fall off but when I called my bank, they stated no that’s an official amount and there is nothing in processing or pending for the amount that they still owe you, I am currently still fighting with them to get my money back.
I usually love best westerns, but if this was my first experience with Best Western, I would never go to one of their hotels again this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
Convenience/geography to where we needed to work, location near restaurants and other stores. Bar seemed nice, even though we didn't use it. A reasonable price for two nights, especially since it was an urgent booking.
Floor in our room was sticky, as if it'd been cleaned with water that wasn't fresh/clean; Automatic doors to main lobby from outside had a lot of trouble opening and closing - I had to force one open manually just to walk into the hotel; the tile at the sink had clear, obvious pencil and red marker marks on it from where the installer scribed it, but didn't bother to clean it off once finished; the a/c vent on the wall looked as if it'd been pulled off at one point; strange smells in hallway leading to elevator on first floor; staff had difficulty adding our Hilton membership # upon check-in; still not sure they ever got it; TV remote in the room was missing the battery door - batteries kept falling out; none of this was a deal breaker, but it did add to an overall feeling of neglect to the property. I've stayed there twice before in years past and it just seemed much nicer then.
I went in to check in my room with my reservation and the young lady approached me and immediately told me to leave .I was not given the option to give her my reservation number or anything. I'm just disappointed because it seems like a lot of the hotels in Montgomery County are choosing to do this now under new ownership somehow they're being all transferred to an LLC of different names. -Nicole Wright
Wasn't informed about the breakfast.
Hair in the shower, no paper towels, halfway clean, the shower also had some stains on the wall, the wi fi was terrible. And the price for the room was ridiculous!!!! Me and my wife wi not return!!!!
Good breakfast.
Quiet
Nice staff
-Fold out bed was torn and didn't unfold all the way.
-Reserved online, priced at $87.00, charged $127.00 and was only there 5 hours
- No towels to take a shower, called front desk but never got towels.
Exceeded my expectations, breakfast was made to order that was excellent. Has a full bar also with great staff. Room was updated with brand new renovations
My family and I arrived late at night, exhausted from traveling, only to find our room in terrible condition. The toilet was filthy, the ceiling had visible mildew stains, the floor was dirty, and the door was literally coming off its hinges. We had to spend extra time sanitizing the room ourselves just to feel somewhat comfortable.
When we brought these issues to management’s attention — who didn’t even show up until around noon — the only solution offered was to move us to another room, with no refund because it was “past 11:30.” After such a long trip, this was both disappointing and unacceptable. Clearly, cleanliness and guest care are not priorities at this hotel.
Please don’t let the pictures online mislead you. The property is rundown and in desperate need of renovation. I’m a 20+ year veteran who has served in combat overseas and have lived in cleaner environments than what we experienced here. Again, I strongly warn future guests — don’t be fooled by the photos.
Absolutely worst hotel since 2019. this used to be the place to stay, but this trip was an absolute zero. both night stands didn't work one was broken and supported by pieces of wood. trash under sofa. box springs broken, bed squeaked every time you moved. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. AC rattled when running. No help at front desk unless you found someone roaming around who looked like they might work there.
Nothing
At 5 PM i get a phone call from Doublyree Hilton saying all the rooms are full and I need to find someplace else to stay for the night had to query around for another hotel for the night
Outside of hotel is very rundown. No landscaping has been done in quite some time. My first thoughts when I drove up was, is this a real Hilton property. Rooms are fair for the price.
Outside security is very iffy. Backs up on two sides to an empty shopping center. No fencing and no security.
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First thing you see when you walk up is flower beds full of weeds. That should’ve been the first clue. Squirrels rummaging their outdoor trash cans were the best. Free wild life experience. The room. Ooooo the room. The LTV floor with giant gaps. The worn out furniture. The pillows were flat and useless. The outlets on the lamps were so loose that nothing could stay plugged into them. The missing outlet cover behind the bed with bare wires showing. No soap. No towels. Pubic hair in the shower. Reversed plumbing. Hot was cold. Cold was hot. Flickering bulbs. Remotes that didn’t work for your viewing pleasure. You ask for soap, nope! You ask for an extra pillow, nope! They say you should’ve reported it sooner and no one is here that can fix. But hey, a free cookie! Nasty dirty filthy gross. Fit and finish was abhorrent. They’ll take your money though.
Do not waste your money here. Stay somewhere else. Was there for a 2 night stay and room was never touched. Had to throw a fit 2 times to get towels. Was told "we have a lot of guests" Well I was a paying guest also !!! Hallway smelled like smoke even though it's a "no smoking" floor. Stair well had really bad smell! Shower had pink looking funk around basin. The pool is bright green - not brilliant blue like this picture lol. The lobby area looked dated and dirty. Definitely will not be back!!! The grounds area looked dirty and all grown up. Reservation was non-refundable or I would have left !
My room wasn’t ready when I got there at 8 PM, I to wait for it to be done. There was a dead pigeon on my balcony and no one came to get it up after I reported it twice
