We had an amazing time , thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The property was beautiful , the room was spacious, our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools ,as well as the amazing lake right there that the property graciously will let you use the paddleboat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for letting us stay.And the cookies were the BEST.

Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms the staff we’re amazing

Cons:

There was no option to pay with Tap or cash which limited me to ways I could split payments with my guest and the overall ease of making a payment. I do believe this is something you should know before arriving that the hotel doesn’t take tap

Pleasantly surprised, would absolutely stay again
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, room was exceptional and there's a decent Thai restaurant nearby (if that's your thing!)

Room had plenty of space and we had a restful sleep.
Pros:

The living room stream was surprisingly big. The room was stocked everything that we need including ironing board and iron.

Cons:

Ice machine was on another floor, but that is common. The automatic front door to the hotel wasn’t working which was awkward with luggage carrier.
