I will not be going back to this hotel.

Safe location.

Cons:

My room was next to the elevator and it was so noisy every time the elevator went in motion. I asked to change rooms and they said I could not change because they were full. I went online and saw there were still rooms available. The noise made it difficult to sleep at night or relax during the day.

Pros:

I loved the location and how close the attractions and restaurants were, the facility itself was nice and pleasant to the eye, in the rooms beds were comfortable and cozy

Cons:

The parking is such an inconvenience, one of the entrance ways was blocked so it was basically a one way in and out type deal which caused backups, upon check in after traveling for hours the system was down,I didn't trip to hard because things happen .so we had to wait with luggage in the lobby while workers and the manager on duty expressed it but then reacted nonchalantly.i didn't like that it was basically like oh well its nothing we can do so wait till we fix it not cool and we were exhausted and tired, when we finally got in our room the refrigerator was broken we didn't get to use it then the next day after housekeeping done poorly left garbage, dirty linens, I expressed concerns to front receptionist again nonchalant reaction, at this point I was aggravated and running of patience and understanding then on the last night stay at around 2:00am the power and everything went out for hours until mid-morning and I get things happen that we can't control but the faculty reactions and lack of empathy to the situations were a problem for me and at checkout I expressed all these same concerns and many inconveniences again and was basically told it wasn't there problem and things happen, I just didn't feel like the faculty was as nice as the hotel itself which gave me negative insight of the hotel,but the hotel itself with the design and layouts 10/10, faculty and employees 3/10
