Our stay was great! The rooms were so clean and the staff was really nice. Priyam, one of the hilton staff, was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some awesome recommendations that were really helpful. His help and kindness will definitely be remembered!
Our group had a wonderful time and we'll be back! The staff was so attentive and kind and made sure our group was well taken care of. The food was great - especially at BluFin (the on-site restaurant) and the bar area was great too. The view from BluFin was beautiful, as well as my own hotel room. There's plenty of outdoor seating with firepits. The hotel was clean and well kept. The gym was clean and modern too with a good amount of equipment. It's not a noisy hotel either. We had our meeting in the Tampa 1 meeting room, which was off the main hallway and next to the bathrooms in a semi-private area of the hotel. It was nice because there wasn't hardly any foot traffic other than people who were also in meetings. The atmosphere was relaxed and the hotel has been updated. The value for money was great. Huge thank you to Sam, Joanne, Tony, Pete, Sue, Roy, Sandy and Nick who took care of our group and made sure everything ran smoothly. We will definitely be back!

We were promptly greeted and given our rooms-which were lovely! We did happy hour at the bar and Nick was so helpful and the price was right! We had a lovely experience! Priam was so friendly and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for dinner.
Check in was busy but the updated rooms are great! Mr Priyam was very pleasant and had some great recommend. And the view is gorgeous!!

I stayed at this Hilton in December, and as a long‑time Hilton Honors member, I was genuinely disappointed by the experience. While the hotel has a beautiful view and the location near the airport is extremely convenient, the stay itself fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hilton.
We were placed on a floor that had experienced water damage the night before our arrival, and for the next five nights there was constant noise from workers repairing the surrounding rooms. The construction was loud throughout the day. At some point, they put some cover in the middle of the hallway. When you book a hotel, especially for multiple nights, you expect a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
I also needed a quiet place for a work call, but there wasn’t a single spot in the entire hotel that was suitable because of the noise. Housekeeping was inconsistent as well. One day I had to request room cleaning four separate times, and by 5 PM, since the cleaning staff had already left, someone simply came in to make the bed and drop off towels.
To be fair, the staff themselves were very kind. The morning restaurant manager in particular was thoughtful and welcoming, and their warmth stood out during an otherwise difficult stay. And I will say, the outdoor heated pool was a wonderful treat. It’s a lovely feature and one of the few highlights of the property.
I usually choose Hilton because I’ve had consistently good experiences, but this visit was the worst I’ve had with the brand. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can enjoy the hotel the way it’s meant to be experienced.
I've stayed there many of times before and loved it. The area is awesome.
This experience the gate for parking wasn't working with the card. The shower was filling with water , the fridge didn't work not a great experience
