Lovely overnight in Dinard
Pros:

I love this hotel. They have managed a perfect balance of old world elegance with a hint of modernity, without the usual snobbishness that accompanies a well established institution such as theirs.

We had room 211 which had a gorgeous view of the sea (out the first balcony especially), was quiet l, cool and calm. The pool and spa are small but perfectly formed, and the connection to the courtyard garden from the pool was a nice touch. The bathrooms have Guerlain toiletries which smell absolutely lovely.

The hotel were also attentive to our request for two duvets and arranged this with no issues, and took great care of our car when taking it away for overnight parking.

Cons:

It was a little disappointing that our room was not ready at the proscribed checkin time of 3pm; and we needed to wait on the terrace while it was made ready. This is understandable, given it was mid August and one of the busiest days of the year, but i would have expected to be offered a drink on the house for even a minor delay in such a quality hotel, and this was not offered.

Le lit d’enfant non confortable
Le brunch : un accueil médiocre. Oubli des boissons chaudes. Pas d’offre végétarienne et végétale dédiée. Description des plats végétaux très rapides.
Prix excessif pour les végétariens et vegan
Bar agréable mais un peu cher
Erreur de facturation à la sortie : expérience décevante

This hotel is a a delight to the senses.
Pros:

This is a high quality hotel with excellently trained staff who collectively enhance your stay.
The bedrooms are very comfortable and ensure a good night’s sleep.

Cons:

The hotel has a beautiful garden terrace on the first floor providing an oasis of calm for residents, rather incongruously on every Friday evening they employ a DJ to operate a loud disco more akin to Ibiza than a classy 5 star hotel?!
