It was by far the cheapest hotel I could find.

Cons:

The place could do with a major renovation. The room had many visual defects, but the beds were clean. Still a bit expensive for what it is, but really not a bad place to stay.

Great value location stay.
Pros:

Great location! Staff was friendly. Small kitchenette.

Cons:

The facilities were damp and part of the building flooded during the severe rain storm.. My room was facing the alley and every early morning it was very noisy due to daily trash services and in the evenings due to the adjacent resturant. Room was only cleaned once over a 10-day stay. No plates or utensils.

Convenient location but overpriced for how old it is.
Pros:

It had a great location and not far at all from the car park. Close to restaurants & cafe’s and not far from the subway train station.

Cons:

It was quite over priced for a very old and dated motel. The man at the front desk was quite abrupt when we checked in.
We went out for dinner and while out it poured with rain & hail. When we got back, fire engine out the front and we soon found that the motel had flooded. Water was gushing out through the light fixtures. Luckily our room was ok but my other daughter’s room got flooded. Their bed and some clothes got wet. They did however kindly give them a fresh room. But it could have been dangerous with the water coming through the lights. They don’t service your room either. If you need anything you have to ask reception. For a price of around $450 per night it very overpriced.

Excellent, simple accommodation for a Sydney stay.
Pros:

Simple, but comfortable and all I needed. Superb location in Potts Point. Many food choices and an easy walk to Kings Cross station.

Too Expensive for what we got.
Pros:

Street noise quietened by late evening. Good restaurants nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

lumpy bed, cracked bath/shower, old, tarnished, dated bathroom fittings, noisy bathroom fan, black mould in grout in bathroom. TV didn't turn off. We had to unplug it to go to sleep. Expensive for what we got.

Wonderful position, excellent reception and cleaning staff. Great position/transport.
Pros:

Everything was great. The venue is an older building but well maintained. The reception staff and ALL staff were helpful with anything asked of them. Availability of a laundry was a great help over a long stay.

Cons:

Everything was fine. Perhaps a ramp at the entrance, rather than stairs, to facilitate luggage from entrance to reception area.

Comfortable, pleasant, old but clean accommodation. Great staff!
Pros:

Property is old but well maintained. Staff are wonderful and help with anything needed. Excellent location 'village atmosphere'. Transport easily accessible both bus and train.
