Tired hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is very dated and tired. The furnishings and decor clearly haven’t been updated for a long. Minimal facilities and service. They don’t clean rooms and any towels etc are available on request. I think they could offer a bit more in this respect.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are of a decent size. Just don’t expect much in the way of comfort.

La ubicación excelente, el personal de recepción me ayudó mucho ya que mi inglés es escaso y me ayudaron muchísimos.

La moqueta en la habitación y en los pasillos se ve muy vieja.

Place needs a clean.
Pros:

Location was great for the purpose of our trip.
The kitchen was well presented.

Cons:

There is a no shoe policy with house slippers provided. The slippers looked well used with no impression of them being washed. After 5 min wearing my white socks they were filthy.
The floor was gritty and dirty, we used a provided towel to brush the dirt of before putting on our shoes.
There was a bandaid in the bath outlet (not ours).
The bedroom fan did not work.
With a good general clean this property would be so much better.

Seedy and only just one notch up from staying in a Backpacker Hostel
Pros:

The location and the staff.

Cons:

Super old and tired. Feels like the decor as well as the rooms haven’t received any renovation since 1965. The mattresses seemed just as old and were super worn out. There was a blood stain on one of our bed sheets. It was gross.
