海外の観光の不安が減る。安心して過ごせる
Pros:

観光のしやすさ。バスタブがあること。
部屋が綺麗で清潔。良い匂い。よく寝れた。
毎日ペットボトルの水が追加されていた。
スタッフの方が親切で、私の拙い英語を理解しようと聞いてくれた。ゆっくりわかりやすく説明してくれる。

Great stay and we will certainly be back
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times and staff, location and facilities are great … roof top bar is maybe the best in town

Cons:

There were three of us … plenty of room and comfortable but sometimes it’s a little thing that annoys me… room service only left 2 tea bags each day …

Séjour parfait et exceptionnel
Pros:

Tout ! L’accueil ,le hall exceptionnel et la chambre également ! Très propre . Personnel accueillant et souriant ! L’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied ! J’y retournerais sans aucune hésitation !

Great hotel in Firenze!
Pros:

Second time at Cavour! And it keeps being perfect! t will be difficult to change hotel in Firenze. Great location, really welcoming atmosphere, very polite satff, excellent breakfast! The bedrooms are big and clean. Nothing to complain about the hotel! Low noise level in the bedrooms even being at a very busy area of Firenze.
