We enjoyed the value but would appreciate some more refinements.
Pros:

The employees cleaning rooms and windows the pool as well as maintaining the breakfast were exceptional. Front desk employees were good and responsive to our inquiry about the air conditioner noise. Breakfast was awesome all 3 days.

Cons:

The Boise of the air conditioner wasn’t exactly fixed and the whole thing was still taken apart and left laying on the ground for our last night.

Would stay again ! Perfect and not to far Arboteum and arena !
Pros:

Very clean , affordable, great breakfast ( although we would’ve loved biscuits and gravy as an option occasionally) . And the staff was friendly and fantastic !

Cons:

Would’ve like the hot breakfast to be a little different…. Kind of the same each day …. But the food was great !

Location is an hour drive from Chicago downtown so be prepared for that. They tried to not give me a room even though it

I always prefer best westerns. Haven’t experienced a terrible one yet.

Cons:

When we arrived, even though I had already paid for the room, I was told they were fully booked and had no rooms available. I had to get stern in order to get a room. Yet, she was discussing rooms available with the customer before me.

Pros:

King size bed was comfortable and shower head was good. Good coffee.

Cons:

Breakfast was very meh. Could really use a few m.ore items. Cubed potatoes were cold and soft. Scrambled eggs come from a box and very blend

Decent stay. Convenient location but lacking in comfort.
Pros:

We liked that it was close to shopping and many food options and right off of the highway. Breakfast was decent and the pool was clean and nicely located with some trees for shade. We also liked the size of the tv and ac worked very well.

Cons:

We didn’t like the people that hung around the hotel there were people hanging around in the lobby and sitting outside on the ground. The parking lot was really small and right next to a fancy restaurant that offered valet parking so the evenings we competed with the restaurant for spaces. The bathroom was incredibly small for four people. The door to the bathroom was an inch away from touching the toilet and right next to the tub. Breakfast was very crowded as well. The area to get breakfast was small and difficult to navigate because it and the seating filled up quickly. The bed was awful and the most uncomfortable thing I’d slept on in a while. There were only three pillows two sheets and a very uncomfortable scratchy blanket. I’ve been to hotels where they make the bed for you while you are out. They did not do this. I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.
