Decent stay
Pros:

Close to Conference facility, free breakfast, clean

Cons:

No curtains on windows. On third day I had to request emptying of trash, removal of used towels

Reserved "King room with Mobility accessible TUB"; was given a room with a tub. I was unable to use the shower. The Front Desk stated that there's only 2 accessibility rooms on the premises and that the "accessible tub" did not show in Best Western system.

There was no offer of anything to offset the major inconvenience.

My 11 day stay was fair, besides the air conditioner not being able to stay on which led to some warm sleepiess night. O

Very poor customer service
Pros:

Price is good. Easy location. Room was clean and the area was quite.

Cons:

Staff. I approached the desk and there was a lady I never seen before. She took my ID and Just looked at me. I told her I have a reservation and it is paid. She looked up in the computer and said there is no room available yet. Even though we were right on time. She told us to wait a few minutes and have a seat. She then just stood there and talk to her co-worker. She didn't make any effort to find us a room. I waited in thr lounge and watched 2 guests come in and checkout without any issues. After waiting 20 min, I went to another staff and ask them to look up again. He was able to find the room right away. Then she came around me and said, "you found one?" He said, "yeah there's actually more available." Not sure what exactly she was doing but I didn't like her attitude and her service was EXTREMELY POOR. I have been to this hotel plenty of times and this time it was very bad check-in.

Nice rooms and showers were hot loved it and breakfast was great too. Great staff

Cons:

It was hard to get into the parking lot of coming from Finley northbound
