Needs some maintenance done our room door light was visible all around (did not feel secure). To shut bathroom door had to lift to close

Not sure about kids.Soft Drink Machine was available 24/7.

The room was nice, the bathroom was vintage 1960. Plenty of outlets and charging stations. But you're right on Roosevelt which is a 4 lane major thoroughfare. Walls are thin but breakfast is pretty good. Parking is free, a nice bonus in Chicago land. My rating is 3 stars, not awesome, not terrible, not expensive.

Easy to get to everything. Disliked the hotel. Bed was comfortable

Room was very clean, king size bed very comfortable and enjoyed breakfast.

Dining area and other areas were clean too.

It was nice having a king size bed and another room with sofa.

Only minor thing was lemon fused water seemed like old lemons and key didn’t always work (usually had to try 3 times and then it worked)

Overall great experience and very good value for the price. Convenient location.

The outlet was out in the rooms. The TV did not work and we could not get extra towels or sheet or blankets.

Clean room, nice staff, easy parking, good breakfast.

Stayed there for a month on a business trip. Really good breakfast every morning. The people at the front desk were respectful, respectable and kind. They clean and restock your room every three days which is great. I slept great. Word of advice, some of the lights in the room are on sensors which will come on when you move in your bed at night 😂 so a piece of dark tape might be needed to stop that. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. Four sets months out of the year I live out of a suitcase. Third is one of my favorite properties. very safe, quiet and has everything you need.

A very dirty & unsanitary “hotel” the rooms have a smell to them. The shower was dirty & stained. There were dead bugs above the blinds covering the window. Existing garbage on the floor from previous civilians that have been in the room prior. The basement has a pool room that they say has been closed for several upon several years & you can smell the smell of mold very boldly coming from the pool room as there is still water in said pool that has been closed for years upon years. Will not stay here again. Pictures made it look better than it actually is in person. Only good side about it was having free breakfast included in the stay.

Very nice low cost spot

Bathroom was small. There wasn't even a room for the small trash can. Everything else was good.

This property NEEDS a bunch of repair. The people were very nice, but the Property was terrible. We had to be moved at Mid Night as the A/C would not work. We found Drugs under the bed. They say that they have a pool, but they do not... They say they have a lounge... They do not. The elevator felt like it was going to crash. the people were nice, but the hotel is a mess... I am asking for a full return of my money. My 5 year old daughter even noticed how bad this place was.
