Solid CoSpgs Choice!
Pros:

A bit off the beaten path, and not the fanciest or newest hotel in the Colorado Springs area, but otherwise a great choice! We stayed here with our hockey team during a tournament and the staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, if a bit dated. We also rarely heard others, which is a feat with a bunch of hockey players running around! The property is large and well laid out, and the team loved the pool area. Standouts include the restaurant (breakfast was included), staff (extremely friendly and helpful), and overall vibe. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible breakfast - best we've ever had. Hotel could use some musty odor remediation for rooms.

The location was great and the breakfast was fantastic - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

Cons:

Our main problem was that the room smelled very stale. So bad, in fact, that it smelled like dirty socks or an old gym locker room. They tried to febreeze it which only marginally helped. Even opening the window didn't reduce the smell. The room was clean and comfortable, it just had a strong unpleasant odor.

Overall, one of the top 10 motel experiences I have ever had.
Pros:

Room was great. The breakfast was one of the best ever at a motel. Nice indoor pool. Very well landscaped.
