I was very disappoint with the condition of the property, I did like the staff.
Pros:

The staff was great except for the front desk man on the night I arrived. The rest of the staff was great.

Cons:

The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The place needs major updating.

Nice clean hotel, I’d stay again in the future. I recommend staying here for the price.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool and hot tub were nice. The free breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel. Many breakfast options and each morning some of them were different.

Cons:

There was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed so we had to ask for it. The sheets were clean but had some stains otherwise no issues.

Parking lot wasn't as clean as I was hoping, but not too bad.

Got some really good rest, very, very comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable, older hotel, very well kept.

Cons:

I wish the restaurant would stay open a little later, we got in late due
to delay at the airport, no restaurants or fast food in the area.

Pleasant Hotel near Airport
Pros:

Very close to the airport, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the rooms were very spacious! Staff was truly incredible, especially Rob from breakfast. He was such a bright addition to our day and kept the buffet running smoothly!

We weren't there long enough to know

Cons:

When we got to our room it smelled like rotted meat. The smell was so bad we asked to be moved rooms. They were booked out so we had to get a different room at another hotel the smell was unbearable. When asked to be refunded the staff were rude and said they wouldnt refund. We didn't even stay 3 hours of our 2 day booking.

Don’t stay here.

I came into this location because I was hired with the DOC and I booked a room two days earlier. However, when I opened the fridge and microwave, I found hair and crumbles. It was disturbing. I traveled with a pet and the room that I was assigned had a very bad odor. I had to buy febreze spray and I placed bounce sheets all over the room. Since I had to leave my pet in the room in the morning, I guess housekeeping was unable to come in the room to clean it; I guess I can’t be mad at that. The food made me sick after the fourth day. Coffee was not even good. Very untasteful, I know this is not a category seven hotel, does not mean you can’t level up to a higher standards within.
