Great!
Pros:

The friendly helpful staff. I felt safe. It was my first time traveling by myself in over 30 years. The shuttle at 3 AM was fantastic! They made sure I made it to airport to catch my 5:00 plane.

Cons:

I can't think of a single thing.

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. We would stay again but skip breakfast!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great for visiting local attractions and Manitou Springs. Housekeeping came by each day to freshen up the room, which is rare as of lately. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Cons:

We did not enjoy the breakfast selections, and ended up only eating breakfast at the hotel once. Additionally, the hotel was very noisey in the evening and it made it difficult for us to fall asleep. I had to turn on white noise in order to try and drown out the sound of doors slamming, machinery, etc.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The room and pool was fairly clean. The shower worked great. The ac worked well. The breakfast was delicious. Most of the staff was super friendly, nice and helpful.

Cons:

The night staff that I checked in with wasn't that friendly. Our keys were disabled after one night even though we booked 2 nights.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice restaurant. Rooms are very comfortable. Very clean. Seating area outside of pool was nice. Coffee and lemon water available all day.

The breakfast was decent before 0830.

Cons:

The pool was very heavily chlorinated and cause us all skin or eye issues. Cleaning services occur randomly between 8am-11am. If you happen to still be in your room then, the hotel staff will knock, enter immediately and then stare at you (or your kids) until you (or your kids) agree that you don't need service. If you aren't in the room, they will sometimes make the bed but only change the sheets if you specifically ask (which you can't do because you aren't there). We went 7 days with the same bedding, taking out our own trash and towels. DO NOT USE THE GLASSES. They aren't cleaned at all and are definitely not the same glasses you dirtied. The pics below are from 2 different days. So gross. They didn't clean anything,, but left their cleaning supplies in our room....twice. Checkout is 12, but it turns out your last day is the only day that the cleaning crew actually wants to clean and they will enter your room at least 3 times before 10am to ask if you are gone yet. We picked this hotel for the location but should've gone with literally any other hotel.
