Internationales Hotel mit gehobenem Standard
Pros:

Sehr gemütliche Betten, tolles Bad, gute Lage Nähe Englischer Garten

Cons:

Im (zu großen) Frühstücksraum ist es sehr laut und ungemütlich, wenn am Wochenende viele Tische belegt sind

Zum Übernachten ok. Als „Urlaubshotel“ zum entspannen völlig ungeeignet!
Pros:

Zentral, sauber, freundliches Personal.

Das Essen in der Bar war sehr gut, allerdings die Portionen sehr klein.

Cons:

Viele unbeaufsichtigte ballwerfende Kinder haben die Herrschaft über den Poolbereich übernommen. Schwimmen war vollkommen unmöglich. Der gesamte Poolbereich stand unter Wasser. Das Chlor hat einem fast die Augen verätzt. Die wenigen Liegen waren alle mit Handtüchern belegt. GRAUENVOLL!!

Das Vorlegebesteck beim Frühstücksbüffet war dreckig, fettig und ekelhaft. Das sollte regelmäßig ausgetauscht und nicht stundenlang benutzt werden. Mehr Gemüse (Paprika) und vegetarische Aufstriche wären schön gewesen.

Die Garagengebühr ist bei vier Tagen definitiv zu hoch. Das sollte es Preisstaffeln geben!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück, freundlichem Personal und einem tollen Pool. Aufgrund der hohen Parkgebühren und des unzuverlässigen Service auf der Terrasse gibt es jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren des direkt mit dem Hotel verbundenen Parkhauses empfanden wir mit 29 € pro Tag als recht hoch.

Etwas schade fanden wir außerdem, dass der Service auf der Terrasse neben der Sportsbar nicht durchgehend angeboten wurde. Trotz guten Wetters konnten wir die Terrasse an einem Abend mit Service genießen, am darauffolgenden Abend wurde dort jedoch nicht bedient. Hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr Beständigkeit gewünscht.

Insgesamt sind dies jedoch eher kleinere Kritikpunkte, die unseren ansonsten sehr positiven Aufenthalt nur wenig beeinträchtigt haben.
