Pros:

The room was rather spacious. It was on the rear side of the hotel, which basically faces a highway. But for us, the constant buzzing of cars was not a big problem, and with closed window, it was rather quite. (In fact: we appreciated that one can open the window and get a bit of fresh air.)
OKish choice for breakfast. Several dinner options in the hotel.
Main argument for this hotel was the swimming pool, and it was worth it. We went there several times: sometimes it was very empty and we basically had the pool for ourselves and could actually really swim. Sometimes it was full of people, mostly kids, who were playing in the water. For us this was fine.

Cons:

In the breakfast room, it can be very busy, with tables not beeing cleared up, which then can feel not very inviting.
There is not so much one can do in the direct neighbourhood of the hotel. But U-Bahn station is within walking distance, which directly leads to downtown Munich.

If you are in Munich and close to city center just stay in this hotel.
Pros:

Amazing location. Very close to the BMW museum and the City Center. Delicious breakfast. Professional staff

Cons:

Small pool area. Perhaps could be better.
