I only stayed for one night but throughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

Pleasant environment and facility, but uncomfortable bed
Pros:

Every thing was nice. Staff was professional and friendly. Room was very clean.

Cons:

The ONLY complaint I have about this stay was the mattress...It is old and I could feel and hear the springs or coils inside of it, every time I moved or changed positions in the bed.

What’s the point of a reservation, if it won’t be honored when you arrive.
Pros:

I like the location of the property and the peace of mind, and comfort that comes with being taken care of at a Marriott location. Unfortunately that didn’t happen for my family this time.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my family of 2 adults along with a 2 and 3 year old toddlers were not able to get a room we had reserved via booking. We reserved a room with 2 beds to only get to the hotel and be told they only have 1 king bed available. Such a disappointment. We were forced to find other accommodation elsewhere.

It was convenient to the airport and had a 24 hour shuttle. Not sure why they charged my $4 after checkout unless they charge for the shuttle- which wasn’t stated anywhere.

Cons:

The restaurant menu was very meat heavy and didn’t offer more than one option for a meal. Yes, there were salads but it would be nice to have a good warm meal as well.

Pros:

We had a terrible experience because although the room as booked for 2 double beds , we were given 1 king which does not work for 4 people(2 adults /2 kids).
The only option was to add a clunky roll away bed and pull out. The room was so tight we had to move furniture so that we hd no nightstands and barely any ability to walk to the bathroom.
