Noise from road but clearly unavoidable
Did not have breakfast.
Location.
Nothing. Perfect location and well maintained.
The restaurant and bar!
Clean
The property itself was pretty nice, well maintained and clean. The room had some outdated items but not too bad.
The fact that I was double charged for my stay, during the recent storm that caused massive outages and now I’m getting the run around to get it correct. As if it wasn’t already a stressful enough time.
Location
the parking is not free
The front desk staff were excellent. Please let them know!
perfect location. Great girl named Audrey checked us in.
the room was fine, reasonably comfortable, but bare bones and a little tired.
I had an early flight so breakfast was included but not available to me because I had to leave earlier.
Earlier breakfast. Frankly, if I paid to stay at the hotel for an early flight I might have assumed I could get a little something to eat.
Was stuck overnight at DTW due to a missed connection and this was one of the least bad options available to us.
Shuttle pick up was confusing, unpleasant and took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.
No dining options other than at the hotel which was full of road warriors on their third drink - loud and crowded. Food was OK but expensive for what it was. OK if traveling on an expense account but pricey out of pocket.
