Great staff, but the hotel is in need of some updates and a good ol’ fashioned cleaning.

Great staff. Super friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Room was a little run down, AC/Heat didn’t work, it did have a comfortable bed.

Disappointed and musty.
Cons:

I was disappointed. It looks very pretty and glamorous in the pictures on the site but when you get there it’s old, dark and feels kind of musty. The most dissatisfied was the parking situation. Supposedly my reservation didn’t include the parking and it was $40 a night. The hotel use a public parking across the street which at night you is not safe.

Cool old hotel with a great vibe.
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful. Our room was huge and I loved that it was a corner room with lots of windows.

Cons:

Our room was showing its age a bit and some wear and tear. There were stains on the carpet and some damage on the walls. The bathroom was tiny and the water flow from the shower head was splashy.

The room was not dirty, but not super clean either. No room cleaning offered until the 3rd day was not great. I did not read that anywhere before booking.

Cons:

I think we should be notified about the room cleaning ahead of time or at least at check in.

Inviting, clean, retro stylish. Comfortable room, bed, lighting. Warm water.. not very hot…

Cons:

Awkward to go up staircase.
Had to search for front desk, bathrooms, elevators ( signage was poor). The bar was extremely dark, and had no ice tea or coffee.

Great stay but not the cleanest.
Pros:

The room size was great and the bed was comfy

Cons:

The tub wasn't cleaned well. Too many stray hairs greeting me in the tub.

Very disappointed with this hotel.
Pros:

Not a lot though the receptionist, Andrew from Ukraine, was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Tired with a strange smell. The room was small and only had one bedside table. They charged 40 dollars for parking and 7 dollars for a bottle of water in the room1
