Great hotel
Pros:

Had a great stay at the Lobardy. We had a suite with 2 full baths because we had my daughter and granddaughter staying overnight with us. The room was a comfortable size (huge for Manhattan) and the bell staff were very helpful in moving furniture, setting up the pull-out couch with linens and the portable crib, and also providing us with extra towels. The rates were very reasonable for a room that size in that area of Manhattan. The only issue we encountered was the hot water in one of the bathrooms took a long time to warm up. We had to let it run quite a while, and I wouldn't say it got hot, but was warm enough for a shower. Overall, definitely would recommend to Lombardy.

A New York Weekend
Pros:

The two queen bed room was much more spacious than most in New York at similar price-ranges, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was cheery and helpful. Easy access to midtown, Central Park, or a longer stroll to the Central Park Zoo or the Met.

Central, clean and safe Midtown Stay
Pros:

I picked the Lombardy to stay with my teenage daughter. We were looking for a hotel in mid town close to the shops and Central Park. The Lombardy ticked all the boxes. I’d read the reviews and agree in areas it is a little tired but it was immaculately clean and spacious.
We also felt really safe and well looked after m
By concierge. Price wise it cost us around £330 a night, which is great for NY prices. We would return.

Good location and big room
Pros:

Our room was nice and clean. Big size for NY with two walk in closet and a separate kitchenette. Perfect location. AC/Heating too noisy. Value was excellent but we paid February prices.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The first room I was given was very cold, with windy coming from the bathroom window and the heating wasn’t working. I asked to change room, and the new one was perfect: warm, comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed. I felt very good there.

I did experience an issue with the room key, which kept demagnetizing every evening. I had to go back down to reception to have it reset, sometimes even with my luggage after already going up and down once. In those moments, I would have appreciated a bit of assistance from the staff on the second trip upstairs.

Aside from this small inconvenience, the hotel was perfect overall.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

It was a very quick trip but the experience with the Lombardy was wonderful. I ended up getting to stay in two different rooms and they were both unique and wonderful. The staff was top-notch and always willing to help. My only regret is that I didn’t have cash on me to tip.

Large and comfortable room with a nice kitchenette area including espresso maker and pods, mini fridge, microwave and sink (with window). Great east side location.

The Lombardy team is welcoming, professional, consistent, and before we knew it, became our one and only destination in the US. There is no better value or feeling of being at home than their Manhattan suites and just maybe no better location to enjoy New York for dining, shopping, the theater, museums, even world-class medical centers. Would not stay anywhere else.
