Pros:

L'accueil très agréable et l'emplacement sur les pistes. L'espace spa avec vue sur les Alpes. Très bon restaurant tant pour le déjeuner que pour le repas du soir. Tranquillité.

Cons:

Étais un peu déçue par la chambre. A la réservation, je n'ai pas été assez attentive à son emplacement côté nord et au fait que c'était une chambre familiale.

Ausblick, Betten und Gemütliches Ambiente.

Cons:

Ist zu Fuss mit viel Gepäck im Winter eher schwierig erreichbar (verglichen mit Chalet Sepp). Für mich stimmte das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis nicht ganz.

Das Frühstück war super, reichhaltig und schön offeriert. Die Speisekarte für das Nachtessen hat uns überzeugt (speziell. Kennzeichnung von glutenfreien Speisen)! Die Lage, nahe der Skipiste ist optimal.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit herlichen Menschen, die Preise für das Restaurant sind jedoch überteuert.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Empfang war herzlich und die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich stets, dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Leider wurde und das Spa separat verrechnet, wir haben angenommen dass dies im Hotelpreis inkludiert ist (wenn das Hotel Lodge&Spa heisst, kann man durchaus davon ausgehen). Zudem sind die Preise für das Abendessen ziemlich überteuert, für das, was es ist. Die Qualität vom Essen war ok, mehr aber nicht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst.

Sehr tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Essen
Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön. Es war toll nach dem Skifahren noch in der Sauna zu entspannen. Das Highlight war der Hotpot draussen im Schnee. Das Essen war sehr fein.

Pros:

Sehr gemütliche und kinderfreundliche Unterkunft. Man wird herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl!

Cons:

Das Personal im Service hat noch Mühe mit der Sprache / Verständnis aber wir haben das mit Humor aufgenommen!
