Zimmer, Essen und Bedienung gut - jedoch mit einem grossen Frust Level!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist toll - die Bedienung war sehr gut - das Nachtessen teuer aber gut, Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr fein. Terrasse sehr schön, mit toller Aussicht.

Cons:

Das die Hotel Managerin nicht wirklich Kundenfreundlich ist, sich lieber selber reden hört als dem Gast das Wort zu überlassen. 1. Wenn man am Nachmittag ankommt (check in 15:00) und fragt ob man die Sauna benutzen darf und gleich ein Nein erhaltet. Hätte man voranmelden müssen - eine Sauna vorheizen geht 30-50min. (????) - Der Hund (Hundefreundliches Hotel) kostet 30 Franken extra! Keine Hundedecke fürs Zimmer - gar nix. Das ist der höchste Preis welcher ich je für meinen Hund im Hotel bezahlt habe - Liebes Management - schreibt es doch auf die Webseite - dann fühlt man sich nicht über den Tisch gezogen.

Super Hotel für kurze Auszeit.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Essen im Restaurant war gut.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die perfekte Ausgangslage die schönen Wanderungen ab Belalp.
Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Älteres Hotel an schöner Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und den nahen Alpbetrieb und das Miteinander von Kühen, Hühnern und Murmeltieren! Aufmerksames, freundliches Personal, feines, sehr ansprechend dekoriertes Essen. Prächtige Sonnenterrasse, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bahn. Da wir nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbrachten, war keine Zeit die Spa-Angebote zu nützen, die Anlage sah aber sehr reizvoll aus!
