I would stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

The door knobs fell off so the front door and the shower handle. There were ants in our room. The bed was not comfortable. And there was trash outside by the dog walking station that made it difficult to walk our dog.

I did not really did not get a good night sleep
Pros:

I like the fact the staff Ms. Y accommodated me to another room because of the dirty bath tub and dirty blo6on the mattress. Although, the bed was broke on one side, the other part of the bed was comfortable. I like the furniture in both rooms they were clean. the toilets were clean. But the tubs in both rooms were dirty.

Cons:

In the first room they gave me, The top middle part of the mattress had so much old dirty blood on it. The house keeper kept one dirty sheet over a dirty pad that barely covered the old dirty blood on the mattress. Dry dirty blood was on the side of the mattress too.

Pros:

Staff not sensitive to our needs. Refused to change room. Our room was leaking during rain. The busy road was right outside the window. They refused to give us another room. Claimed they were full. Based on parking lot and very little activity, that was a lie.

Pros:

We were dissatisfied with our room, from the broken lampshades to the loud young guests on our floor. Some of the towels were thread bare. There should have been an extra blanket in the closet. The cover for the ironing board had some substance on it.

Great Place To Stay! Very Clean, Friendly Staff, and FREE Breakfast!
Pros:

We arrived for a one-night stay on a weeknight (Thursday) for a show in Richmond. This La Quinta is in great location near a shopping mall and various restaurants, including Hooters! :) The hotel has a lot of free parking, and I was grateful to avail of a special parking space reserved for members of the military and/or veteran adjacent to the lobby! The lobby was clean and laid out with nice decor. Check-in was a breeze with a friendly staff member. Our room was very clean, smelled great, with everything in working order! We were nicely greeted by a "Ms. Dee" (hopefully, we got her name right) in the lobby/dining area, our free breakfast that was included in our stay. Food and drinks were great and well prepared! We highly recommend this La Quinta for you stay in the Richmond area! Hats off to the management and staff members for going over and above our expectations!

Pros:

Location was good for us. Price was way too high for this hotel and the online photos are old. Just a total outdated motel. Asked for body was on the first day and never got it.

My Stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Richmond-Midlothian
Pros:

Other than the attitude during the checkin (11am, she may have been tired, who knows) at the front desk and the shower handle dropping off during my stay, it was ok, no major issues. In the morning, the person was helpful, she gave me a shaving kit when I went downstairs.

Unprofessional in the admissions, good in the convenience of location, great in price and breakfast.

Great location near Doctors office, & close to Mall.

Cons:

The beds did seem a little worn and close to needing replacement, although we did enjoy a comfortable nights sleep.
