Not a suite. Dank in halls and room. Did not feel or smell clean
Location was perfect
The bathroom wasn’t clean. Front desk was very rude when leaving the room. Later we found blood stained sheets. After making that discovery we were given another room. Could have been avoided if the room was switched from the beginning. However, the next day the manager sincerely apologized for the employee that was rude to me and my mom and stated they’d retrain the staff which made it “ok”. We were in the city because my sister had a life threatening situation and we were scheduled to pull the plug on her and these incidents didn’t help. I offered to clean the room myself but the guy from the front desk came and “belittled” the situation and stormed out the door and left the room door wide open, didn’t close it, and went back downstairs. Not good.
I like the big bottle shampoo and conditioner.

Housekeeping was on request, they didn't have bags for trash cans, showers were horrible, very low controlled low pressure and temperature and very outdated, nothing to hold onto to prevent falling in the shower. Beds were good, bring your own pillows, hotels were flat as a pancake. I had to go buy some. Staff was very good. This La Quinta is extremely old and not upgraded in any way.

Rooms were Purchased thru Bookings, but when my people Arrived, they were told that the rooms were not paid for.
they only accept the credit card information to hold the reservation and that I needed to come 550 Miles with the actual credit card to check them in, IDK, the bill is on my credit card so WHY are they saying they did NOT get paid for the room
