An excellent location, and lovely breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. We were lucky enough to have a room upgrade when we arrived and were given a more family oriented room, which was lovely and really made our stay even more enjoyable. It was much appreciated. An excellent location, as we had arrived by train and the Hotel is literally across the road from the main train station, so it was easy to come and go. There is at least 2 x Metro entrances on the same street as well, so getting around the city was very easy.

La ubicación frente a la estación Milano Centrale y parada de metro. El personal muy atento y la habitación muy bien para familia

Lo staff gentile, la pulizia della camera buona, la posizione molto comoda per girare la città con la metro

Cons:

L'armadio (se così si può interpretare) era una nicchia rivestita in pietra/ceramica, molto bella da vedere ma scomoda, priva di cassetti e con solo un ripiano, non adatta a tre persone.
Il bagno, di discrete dimensioni, ma molto buio e non siamo riusciti ad avere, nonostante le richieste,gli asciugamani idonei per il bidet e abbiamo dovuto sopperire con altri teli (tipo doccia)
