Hotelli erittäin siisti, huoneeseen ei kuulu ympäristön ääni vaikka sijainti keskeinen. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Hotellin vieressä hyvä ja hinta tasoltaan edullinen kahvila. Junat ja metrot lähellä, helppo liikkua ympäriinsä.

La propreté et la modernité de la chambre

Cons:

Le personnel ne sourit jamais. Ma carte de chambre ne fonctionnait plus. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas rechargé. On est arrivé les premiers et plus de nutella et d’œufs. Ils n’en ont pas remis. Problème avec le paiement du parking. L’hôtel nous a fait payer le parking et le gardien du parking voulait nous faire encore payer. Le personnel de l’hôtel ne sait pas quoi faire. Aucune aide. Pas de bar dans l’hôtel. C’était très froid et pas convivial.
