the breakfast was good but they could have put out fresh food faster and coffee , fruit, aotmeal were un available at times. The fruit was cut in such large chucks that i couldnt fit it in my mouth without cutting it, scramble eggs sat on the buffet too long and fresh eggs should have been brought out.
the heater i my room wouldn't stop working and regardless of turning it to heat or cool or off my room temperature was 23-24 degrees. I spoke to the man who said he was the manager who gave me another room and said that he would take some money off my bill but no such discount was applied to my final bill.
the work out room had the heat up too high, could have used a few fans and there wasn't any remote for the tv so i couldnt figure out how to turn it on, the blinds didn't work and it could have used more weights.
